EDIT: Customer service was straight forward and helpful. I sent the computer back and received a replacement within two weeks! So far, I have not had any issues with the replacement. Initial review: Actually, I loved this laptop for the two days it worked. Beautiful sound and video quality. It also seems quite well ventilated. Unfortunately, it stopped charging. I tried another PC charger (same voltage, different outlet) and found quickly that the issue was with both the computer and the charger. My husband attempted to charge his laptop on the charger that came with my computer-nothing. I wonder if some kind of shock traveled through the charger and killed the port. I'm giving this item two stars for now until I hear back from customer service on an exchange. Just be aware. Purchase with caution. ... show more
