Worst laptop ever. I've done everything to fix the 100% disk usage problem. I googled the issue and it says turn of supersets turn off windows search. Nothing works I've talked with 5 different msi "customer support " employees who tell me to update windows and BIOS and then literally stopped talking after that. I'm now factory resetting it for the 3rd time. Update- Turns out it was the hard drive. Had to replace it and it fixed the problem. ... show more

Este vendedor mintió sobre las características de la computadora (decía que tenía teclado retroiluminado), el cual cambió recién a causa de las devoluciones masivas de esta computadora. Además, al rato de devolverlas, nos cobró $130 extra de "impuestos" de algo que nunca se vendió totalmente. Ahora subió el precio y esta computadora no vale ni siquiera los $900 que costaba. Amazon queda mal al admitir a tales vendedores que no cumplen con un mínimo de decencia y humanidad. Al menos se logró que deje de mentir en las características de la computadora, y ponga que el teclado NO TIENE LUZ. Computadora más lenta que mi anterior MSI GE70 que compré 6 años atrás. Mejor pongan un poco más de dinero y opten por una Lenovo Legión 5, la cual es mucho más rápida y tiene características superiores en todo sentido. ... show more

Laptop gave me high temps during very low setting gaming. Clicker on the touchpad was very soft felt like it was going to break within a month of daily usage. Barely can run CS GO on the lowest settings! MSI let me down badly. I use to own plenty of their laptops and this is just a pretty screen with some really disappointing specs. not worth $899 ... show more
