Looks beautiful, run it to a switch or you will get an awful low volume hum when you turn the light off using the button, learned the hard way, own 3, installed two directly to the outlet wiring in the wall and had to pull the wall back off to put in an additional switch.

Tetote responded and we've gotten some resolution but there are still some issues. They've made a big effort to resolve them. I'm giving the mirrors a 1 star rating because I am desperate for support from Tetote. I've sent two emails to tom@tetote with no reply. I purchased and had two 36" x 48" backlit mirrors installed in a clients master bath by an electrician. The control buttons imbedding into the mirror are shown to be on the outside corner but the ones we received have them in the middle for a horizontal installation...we installed them vertically. This puts them on their side and in the middle so it's hard to operate. Also, on the vendor's website (that has gone offline in the last 2 weeks) they show that the mirrors can be bright white or warm white light. We can not get this function to work. Amazon has replaced the mirrors but they are exactly the same with the function buttons in the center. It's frustrating that I can not communicate with anyone from the vendor. The Install wasn't to bad very easy for me I wired it to my existing power outlet right next to it to give it that nice clean install. The mirror itself hasn't gave me any issues the lights still work just fine as well for the heater

I waited til last min on my bathroom remodel to get a mirror . I was originally going with a different brand but it never restocked . In the end it worked out perfect this mirror was easy to install ,super bright , heater function works amazing and everyone loves the mirror . I added a motion sensor so at night this light comes on for the kids and it’s bright enough you won’t need to turn on the other light fixtures and shuts off a few minutes after they leave no more bathroom light in 24/7 cause the kids refuse to hit that switch on the way out . ... show more

Purchased two so I could replace a short/wide mirror and outdated lights in my bathroom. The mirror quality is good, they de-fog nicely, but the light output is poor. You have to push the de-fog “button” harder than the light “button”, and they make a buzzing sound when off. The mirror itself is great no complaints about the quality at all. Only downside is the mounting system with little holes for little screws that have to be perfectly lined up. I swear the tolerance is 1/64in off and the screw won't fit. Had to re adjust the screws 4 or 5 times which was frustrating. Other than that the product is great and will meet expectations ... show more
