I am not a computer wiz so I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a computer online. But my old desktop slowed down so much I couldn't get anything done. The laptop was shipped very well packaged, double boxed with foam inserts, protective fabric and plastic cover on it. It starts up and works fast. The seller upgraded the RAM and the SSD. The SSD they used is a Kingston. The drive was properly cloned. There is room for an additional traditional SATA SSD but this model only has one M.2 port and it’s being used. Performance seems fine. I bought it for video editing primarily.

Laptop works fine other than the battery dies in one hour even without gaming. All drivers are installed correctly. Glad to see a new $1800 laptop comes with a $20 battery.. errr. I'd buy this laptop again, but not from Amazon. Only a reputable reseller. Keys are nice, screen has no dead pixels, storage is good, and processing for high performance gaming like MS Flight Simulator is great. It's light for a 17 inch laptop. Power plug is horrible, only one small trip on the cable and that thing is toast. Otherwise no issues. Just the battery. ... show more

I love this computer. I really do but after a month and a half the computers screen stopped working. The computer was on but nothing appeared. It also didn't work when I tried it with an external monitor. Online tech support tried to help but couldn't. Plenty of horsepower to run ALL of my stuff. Games, audio/video editing, all of my programs in one little box (17" version). I got the 32g ram with 1 tb M.2 ssd. Yes it is dealer upgraded. For gamers this is a perfect laptop for midrange price. Love the screen. The only thing I wish it had is a longer life battery. Battery life is terrible. So if you are gaming you better have it plugged in. Otherwise it is a very decent fast laptop.
