    • Great Gaming computer with great online assistance!
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
I’ve had this computer for a couple months playing intense FPS games. After downloading the graphics card program and setting up the card, the picture is great. At one month it notified me that the Event Log file was full. Sure enough, thousands of warnings and failures. The computer runs the games at 160hz as set, and handles every higher setting you can set it to. It’s fast and runs cool. I did crash it while trying to fix an error and messed up. I took it to a shop for a factory image, but it did not work. A full diagnosis later it was said I needed a new SSD. So, I contacted MSI and they told me to get an RMA. That would take 2 1/2 weeks or more. So, after getting it back, I started checking it and found that the WIFI was reporting an error, so I deleted it. The computer would not shut down or sleep. After I did the delete, it started working again. After several more deletes and restarts it was working better, but still had issues. So, I hit F3 and did a complete factory image recovery on it again. It had an issue trying to set it up with WIFI. Quick chat with MSI, and he gave me info on what to do. It’s up and running perfectly now. Their online chat and personal phone call are great! Strongly suggest you register online as you get 3 months added to your Warranty! Yes, I would buy this computer again ... show more

    • Great beginner PC
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
Love it easy to set up this is my first PC didn’t know what to look for but luckily found this it plays AAA games perfectly with no frame drop and still runs relatively silent. For the price it is amazing if you are just getting into PCs it will do everything you need to. It does come with a keyboard and mouse which both feel premium with RGB lights in both of them. All in all I would buy this again I love it and am happy to play on it. ... show more

    • Terrible customer service
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
If I could write zero starts I would. I received the product and instantly noticed issues with the computer. The computer would constantly give me the blue screen of dead and randomly restart. I used the warranty provided by msi and had to pay over $250 in shipping. I received the item back and was still having issues. At that point I decided to try and refund with Amazon. I tried to return it to ups but Amazon kept giving me the wrong return label. I called and they scheduled a pick up to return the item to their facility. UPS picked up the item and yet returned it again because of the wrong label. I called Amazon back and they proceeded to tell my my return window has closed and cannot give me a refund. Absolutely unacceptable and do not buy this item ... show more

    • Amazing Gaming PC !
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
I purchased this Gaming PC to move on from console gaming indefinitely. This PC is a great choice! It plays all the games that I like flawlessly, especially high-end ones like Call of Duty and Black Myth: WuKong. Its amazing graphics card and processor can have me multi-task easily, without the fans running hot. With it starting at 2 TB, thats more than enough space to house 7+ high end games and potentially more without running up space. It runs quiet, looks amazing and is actually light weight compared to its size. The only thing holding this amazing PC back is its overall size, for me I find it relatively large & the Bluetooth is not as good as it seems. (Should be using Wired anyway). ... show more

    • Powerful and stylish case
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
Powerful and stylish case. Like that it comes with 32gb of DDR5 given today's RAM shortages, and I've been running games at highest or close to highest settings. RGB looks nice in my living room and clean cable management. Despite the number of fans, stays relatively quiet - quieter than my last gaming PC. 2TB SSD is plenty for games but would have been nice if it came with a bigger HDD as well. 650w power supply may limit upgradability though. A more powerful GPU may need a bigger power supply ... show more

    • Great but needs manual changes.
processor_description: R7-8700F memory_size: 32 GB Hard Disk Size: 2 TB Graphics Description: RTX 5070
Good product, not sure about $ per performance value. However im satisfied with what I have. A reminder for people who just got it: - GPU protective film is intact. So you might want to dissemble to peel it off. Otherwise it might melt on your gpu - XPO needs enabling. it was shipped with it disabled. so Ram will be running at 4800 instead of 6000 - Detail is inaccurate. it says the RTX 5070 is DDR6. But, it is DDR7. seeing DDR6 might be discouraging for some users. ( Dont think, 5070 DDR6 exist either) I recommend watching videos if you dont know how to do these. ... show more
