I had this PC shipped from the mainland U.S. to Guam, so the month-long transit time was expected. What I did not expect was the condition it arrived in internally. When I opened the case, the CPU liquid cooler was completely dismounted and hanging loose, and the RAM sticks were removed and just sitting at the bottom of the case. Given the distance it traveled, I can only imagine how much the system was handled during shipping. The packaging and internal securing clearly need improvement, especially for long-distance or overseas orders. A high-end build like this deserves better protection to prevent potential damage to expensive components. That said, once everything was properly reseated and secured, the system powered on and performed flawlessly. Performance-wise, this machine is an absolute beast. The Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with the RTX 5080 delivers incredible 4K gaming performance, and it handles max settings effortlessly. Load times are lightning fast, frame rates are consistently high, and multitasking is smooth. I’m especially glad I opted for the 64GB of RAM before prices increased, it gives the system excellent headroom for future-proofing and heavy workloads. Overall, the hardware and performance are outstanding, but the shipping quality control needs serious attention. If packaging and internal component securing were improved, this would easily be a five-star experience from start to finish ... show more

Great pre-built Gaming PC. For the price point and what's included in this setup, you save money thanks to the scalpers buying the 50 series graphics cards. Overall it's perfect for gaming. I get 200+ FPS on BO6 on max quality settings (2K monitor). If I set it up for performance over quality, it's more than 300. I can't wait to see what I can get on a 4K monitor, but hands down this pre-built is worth the buy. I will definitely upgrade parts as time goes on, but nothing is needed at the moment... ... show more
