This was the first MSI machine I have purchased, and it is a fantastic pre-build. Plenty of room for things on the SSD, which is actually a m.2 ssd, so that was a big bonus. 16 GB is a good medium for RAM, but I think I'll double it in the near future. It has 4 case fans, the lighty uppy ones, and I am surprised at how quiet it is. CPU runs around 50c, so cooling is fairly good. I did have a slight hiccup when I first got PC. The motherboard was faulty and needed to be sent back for repair, however MSI was super fast with the turnaround, so I can't complain really. It's up and running smoothly, plays all the games I like at full high settings, and is very quick. ... show more

I've had no issues with this upgrade to my previous gaming PC. I added a secondary SSD from my old PC, reinstalled whatever games I had to and everything worked like a champ. I can now play Madden 24 (just as the season is ending). Machine is quite. Plenty of USB ports. My bluetooth headset connected fine. The network card comes with two directional antennae, so that's nice. If you're installing a second SSD drive, there's a convenient spot for it as a side mount inside. Pretty cool. This desktop is lightning fast and easily handles all the games I want it to at max settings. Setup was a breeze. The keyboard and mouse that comes with it are also much nicer than I had expected, I’ll be keeping them as a backup for when my Corsair equipment eventually fails.

    • Great pc for the price but know what your buying
I purchased this on a great discount on cyber Monday. Pc worked perfectly out of the box no issues. However the CPU cooler is not the same one shown but it works not as good as a tower cooler by any means. As well as the heat sinks were not on the top capacitors like the motherboard shows. But those are the bands the goods is the pc runs and runs at an average temp and just how id expect it tobwith the specs. ... show more

Amazing speed and so very quiet! Reasonably easy to set up, but the MSI Tech Support was helpful in providing the link to the User's Manual as well. Very pleased with this desktop!

    • The solid state drive was not installed when I bought it.
The product description states that this computer comes with a 1 TB of storage. It does indeed come with a 1 TB SSD. But that 1 TB SSD is not installed. in the motherboard itself. So if I want to use this computer, then I have to open it up, unscrew the SSD holding apparatus, install the SSD, then screw everything back in, all without damaging the computer. I bought a pre-built because I am not confident in my ability to do that, nor do I wish to. If you are expecting a computer that works when you take it out of the box, then do not buy this. ... show more

    • Love my new Gaming Machine
Loved this new machine that replaced my older one. I enjoy playing on-line games such as World of Tanks, LOTRO, and Destiny. This machine handles those without any issues or overheating. With dedicated fans on the CPU and Graphics cards, the machine also has 3 fans in the front and on in the back moving air. I shopped around comparing costs verses key features for gaming, such as graphics card, RAM memory and CPU. I can't afford the top end, but I don't want to be out of date in 3 years or so. This machine fit that middle ground just right. And it boots and loads super fast, once I removed or disabled the bloatware all new machines come with. ... show more
