This was the first MSI machine I have purchased, and it is a fantastic pre-build. Plenty of room for things on the SSD, which is actually a m.2 ssd, so that was a big bonus. 16 GB is a good medium for RAM, but I think I'll double it in the near future. It has 4 case fans, the lighty uppy ones, and I am surprised at how quiet it is. CPU runs around 50c, so cooling is fairly good. I did have a slight hiccup when I first got PC. The motherboard was faulty and needed to be sent back for repair, however MSI was super fast with the turnaround, so I can't complain really. It's up and running smoothly, plays all the games I like at full high settings, and is very quick.

I’ve had this PC for about a year now and it’s been fantastic. It runs great and handles all the popular games without a hitch. I’ve been able to play my favorite games like The Sims 3 and 4 with ultra graphics with mods and haven’t experienced any issues. On top of that, it’s easy to upgrade—I’ve already added new RAM, swapped the CPU, and installed an AIO cooler with no problems. Overall, it’s an awesome computer for the price and I’d definitely recommend buying it.

Even for someone who keeps the tower under his desk, it’s still noticeable and adds something to the overall look. Processing performance is good all around. If I could give this 4 1/2 I would but after two years of owning this PC is still running strong. The only complain I really have is it does get a little overheated at times, but I do live in Arizona so I can’t really complain too much.

I've had no issues with this upgrade to my previous gaming PC. I added a secondary SSD from my old PC, reinstalled whatever games I had to and everything worked like a champ. I can now play Madden 24 (just as the season is ending). Machine is quite. Plenty of USB ports. My bluetooth headset connected fine. The network card comes with two directional antennae, so that's nice. If you're installing a second SSD drive, there's a convenient spot for it as a side mount inside. Pretty cool. Overall, a great value.

the only reason i gave 3 stars is because my cpu cooler was bent and its the wrong cooler from the picture with no mention of this. the cooler can barley handle the cpu at all to be honest under load it crawls towards danger and i couldnt figure out why till yesterday i removed the cooler and you can clearly see the whole cooler is bent and because of this my cpu isnt getting full coverage on the cpu cooler plate i only had thermal past on half my cpu and it was already cracked and dry i replaced the past and put down the cpu cooler to see the pattern and yep a good quarter of my cpu isnt touched by the cooler so thats why i keep seeing it jump would love for you to contact me or send me a a new cooler cpu tower fan cooler like the picture shows
