CPU is under 3% with live streaming (Streamlabs OBS, Internet browsers (like 50 tabs), playing videos, playing audios AND running Photoshop. * LED Lights are cool and make it feel very professional * Great build.     • Had to reload windows 10 and start over - System wouldn't update
After a couple months of working on the machine, I noticed my machine wouldn't launch a PC game that I had installed and had played on my laptop prior to this purchase. I contacted Microsoft gaming support looking for a simple solution and after a full day of troubleshooting with several Windows Tech support contacts, I was told I would need to reload windows 10 and start over with my machine. Extremely frustrating to say the least. This means most of the work I have done over the last couple of months will need to be re-built on the reinstalled system. The reason stated by the tech support system was that there was an issue with the boot sequence in the BIOS system and there may have been a misconfiguration. It is ridiculous that I am having to do this on what I considered a "higher end" machine when I purchased it and that cost as much as some used cars I have owned. I was very disappointed with the UPS delivery. There was no licensed Windows 10 operating system included and I had to buy it separately. I had assumed it would have been included. Maybe it was but I received an open package and can't register this PC without a valid receipt. I made a copy but MSI needs a barcode or something I do not possess. The order had been canceled due to very late delivery. Box had been opened. The Pandemic made contacting Amazon difficult but it was successful. After the order had been canceled, a week later UPS delivered the opened box and didn't require a signature. I bought it anyway (again) and it is a very nice performing PC. I have a bit of trouble with the 4k Violet display losing sync every time the screensaver kicked on during Fallout4 sitting idle. It doesn't seem to do it with other games or programs running. SO I just turned off the screensaver during gameplay. It is an excellent game machine. ... show more

This computer did not show up anywhere near the shipping time (like they are selling computers they physically don’t have in stock). Then it showed up out of nowhere, started it up and the video card is pixelating. I updated the graphics card driver thru Windows and then again thru the Nvidia GeForce software. Same problem, called MSI directly they said the video card is defective. Returning this one and giving this reseller one more chance on another machine. We need this computer for business for HD video processing not to play games. ... show more
