It is a great PC. Not as loud as others claim. I have never gone over 75C while not overclocking

    • Great future proofing with splendid parts
processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
Computer exceeded my expectations, and they were high. 5 fans and still much quieter than my old one. Every app is improved. My only complaint is with the lack of a manual. There were parts left over that I could not identify, and there was no spec on power supply. Price was fair considering the vid card and processor excellence. Support line answered questions, but at this price a manual is expected. ... show more

    • Fraudulent System Sent Out And Customer Has to Shoulder the Burden
processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
Review Image by Ben E. Cox
Dear Sirs @Amazon and @MSI: Imagine my absolute dismay when I pulled the system out of the box and then the bag to see dust showing up all over the system as well as an ABS and Cooler Master logo on the front indicating a highly USED system. (Upon further inspection it became apparent that it was MUCH worse). The dust was all over the intake and exit ports on display card and power supply. I looked at the back of the machine and saw the name as well as a display card that appeared to be quite old with a Dual link DVI port, 3 Displayport 1.4 ports and 1 HDMI port. Opened the case and took some photos of the dust, the 600w power supply, Zortek 1080 video card. You can see all the photos. Likewise, the back of the case had a label for the machine, ABS Bearcat Barrage ALI20. Someone should initiate an investigation for theft and fraud at one or both of your processing centers. I noticed that the price was another $250 for the same system when they offered an initial refund. I tried to get a replacement for this system but that was refused at the same price. I offered to buy another MSI System at the price that I purchased it the day before but they could not do that. Asked for a compensation because this was such a blatant fraud/theft to offset the price increase and that was refused. Only option provided was that they will give me a refund in a few weeks after I return this fraudulent system. I could not wait that long so I had to purchase another system. Honestly given this incident of fraud/theft at one of your processing centers and the lack of compensation for a MAJOR issue on your parts, I bought another brand. ... show more

    • Well built. Running games and programs smoothly
processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
Works well when my son is gaming and he says it never gets warm. It runs cool on all of his games. He did have some updates from MSI and Nvidia which help it run even better. Had some tweaking with the monitor he bought separately because the graphics card was so good, the monitor settings needed to turned up a bit. Playing all games at between 100 to 150 fps with no noticeable latency. At original price it's not a deal but we got somewhere around 800 dollars off during prime days back in early August. It's also fairly quiet and no problems thus far. ... show more

processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
Awesome PC. I bought this five months ago and love it. First thing I noticed about it was hour quiet it runs. My model is an air cooler and it does a great job keeping cool during extended gaming sessions. MSI did a great job with the parts integration and I like the case and its form and functionality. The msi gtx5070 ti along with the intel ultra 9 hit top tier in benchmarks I’ve run. I bought this 6months ago and have had zero issues with it. ... show more

    • Solid clean build, fast, looks great with all the led's. After 4 months I'm still happy.
processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
Having owned many pc's since 1993, I can say this is a solid build. It's very fast, plays 4k games without a hitch, led's on fans and graphics card look nice without being tacky, MSI Center management app great for quickly monitoring and adjusting system settings including fans which are powerful and silent. I bought on sale which made it an excellent value and after 4 months, I can honestly say I'd buy it again. ... show more

    • 2nd Return, ordering this for my 3rd and last time
processor_description: Ultra 9 285 Graphics Description: RTX 5070 Ti Style: 2025
So far this is my second return. I am giving this a 3rd chance. 1st time , there was a clicking noise with the fan. This wasn’t a small purchase so any weird noise that I wasn’t able to fix was very frustrating. I called MSI they suggested I return it. 2nd time , monitors won’t come on. No matter what I did. I tried removing the ram , check the cables etc. It seems like it was packaged very tightly to the point it may have damaged. ... show more
