Overall great computer. Super fast and the price was $20 less than if you bought all the parts yourself, even more if you account for the included mouse and keyboard. Small nitpick is the guide shows a different style wifi antenna than it was shipped with, so that was confusing for a second.

Desktop arrived without any physical damage but upon turning on the PC and installing windows, the PC kept blue screening and rebooting every 2-4 minutes. Called MSI directly and they told me it was likely faulty RAM or the power supply unit. Based on how long service tickets take, I decided it was not worth the hassle and instead sent back the computer to Amazon for a refund. The whole experience was completely disappointing. I had high hopes for this pre-built considering how reputable MSI is. There should better QA testing before these products go out to Supply Chain and merchants. ... show more

Works well when my son is gaming and he says it never gets warm. It runs cool on all of his games. He did have some updates from MSI and Nvidia which help it run even better. Had some tweaking with the monitor he bought separately because the graphics card was so good, the monitor settings needed to turned up a bit. Playing all games at between 100 to 150 fps with no noticeable latency. At original price it's not a deal but we got somewhere around 800 dollars off during prime days back in early August. This PC has exceeded my expectations and runs every game I own very smoothly. I was worried about the processor being slower than my i9 14900k but changing one setting in the bios puts it 8k points over my previous CPU while still running at about 73 degrees Celsius at full load with only air cooling. The 14900k pretty much ran at 100 degrees constantly, which is what Intel throttles the temperature at, unless you use a program like ThrottleStop to reduce heat. I play Star Citizen and it's one of the most demanding games out there. This PC has no problem running it. I highly recommend this computer, especially at the sale price. ... show more

Having owned many pc's since 1993, I can say this is a solid build. It's very fast, plays 4k games without a hitch, led's on fans and graphics card look nice without being tacky, MSI Center management app great for quickly monitoring and adjusting system settings including fans which are powerful and silent. Its met and exceeded expectations in performance. When I first started it up, it blue screened. After booting from a flash drive and re-seating the ram, its loaded up just fine and has worked fine since. Idk if the ram just loosened in transit but its all good now.
