Runs games with extreme detail and smoothness. I'm a month in and so far so good. One important note: I encountered a severe repeated crashing issue where all fans sped up to maximum and remained so until hard reboot. Worked great right out of the box but after 2 weeks of use, I had to reinstall windows because it just stopped working. Customer service was no help at all. I had to get a tech friend to fix it. So, good to go until it happens again 1 month later. Awesome PC. I bought this five months ago and love it. First thing I noticed about it was hour quiet it runs. My model is an air cooler and it does a great job keeping cool during extended gaming sessions. MSI did a great job with the parts integration and I like the case and its form and functionality. It's very fast, plays 4k games without a hitch, led's on fans and graphics card look nice without being tacky, MSI Center management app great for quickly monitoring and adjusting system settings including fans which are powerful and silent. I would like to preface by saying Amazon has the incorrect photo for this item. After checking the specs myself, I also confirmed with MSI I received the correct product based on the serial and model number. I also showed them the link and they informed me that the listing is showing the liquid cooler version of this PC instead of the air cooling version being sold. I was a bit disappointed to be honest, but I still love the computer and I am very happy with it so far. This will be super easy to upgrade for anyone wondering. I didn’t even need to remove the GPU from to get my secondary SSD installed. I will say, I wish this one had the heatsink for the hard drive as the one in the photo shows, but I believe that can be purchased separately if needed. Anyway, it’s a great PC, works well for what I need which is gaming and content creation, and will be easy to upgrade over time. ... show more

I would love to give 5 stars if the following did not occur: 1) The package is extremely hard to unbox, and it took me very hard work to pull the desktop out 2) The monitor cannot be detected unless I reboot the computer using r button. 3) The rear port does not look to have good build, and the quality look rough After all so far it works fine. The price is great, and overall it definitely deserves 4 stars out of 5 Updates: the machine is actually defective with the defective rams However, the customer service agrees to send a replacement, so I am going to keep this rating for now ... show more
