I bought this to replace a stupid saucer hanging light in a rental house dining room. It is spectacularly BEAUTIFUL!!!! It looks even better than I had hoped. We have a very modern aesthetic. It looks great even though the description says “farm house.” I was shocked considering the price was so low. My husband was an electrician for several years, and he likes the way the connectors worked once we figured it out. The assembly directions suck. I had to look up the pictures on the order page. After I observed the pictures and figured it out, it went really fast after that. Installation was very easy. I saw that a lot of buyers had trouble with the connectors. Pull the levers back all the way. They will feel like they are about to break, but it is actually unlocking them so that once you insert and clamp the wire, it doesn’t come out. ... show more

If your still deciding and like the look - get it. The quality is that of a $300+ piece for a fraction of the price. It’s exactly as pictured and fits perfect above our dining table. We needed something that would not obstruct our view but I didn’t want a flush mounted light. This is great. Time consuming to put together. You have to wire in each candle stick part and it took two people to tighten them down enough so they didn't slide around but once it was together it's so pretty. We did end up getting a longer chain than the one it came with but we had plenty of cord!
