I've been making resin crafts for about 6 years now and have probably tried every kind of resin out there. Mixing kinds, uv kinds you name it. There are only a few out there that are easy to use and do not yellow over time. For smaller items and most of my jewelry thee days i prefer the quick UV stuff. I can get it to cure fast so i can make more pieces faster without waiting 48 hours to fully cure. This kit came with a few silicone tools and it came with a small UV light that i didn't think would work well but it actually did...there are a few tricks but i could that for this smaller light, you need to cure your resin about 3-4 times using the highest 90s setting. if not it will be tacky. Another thing to know is that if you are using any additional tint, inks do not over use them or the resin will dilute and not dry properly and will always be sticky. Also its best to layer your work so thin resin layer, cure, then another thin layer, cure...repeat the process until you get your desired height or filled mold. I found that this resin was super clear, less bubbles and thick enough to dome pieces too. I'm very happy with this resin and will continue to use this as my preferred resin. ... show more

I just got this today. Ordered the large bottle this time, love this uv resin. But very disappointed that the mixing cups didn’t come with it. 🥲. Could care less about the mixing sticks they are useless. They have no substance to them at all. But I do like the cups.

If you dont have a very strong uv light it doesnt set very well. I tried a flashlight on very small earings and it would take long to set. Also would not work with micah powder no mater how long i used the uv light on it. Tested several times. But if you have a good uv light it works well.

I’ve used this resin for a little bit of every but mostly jewelry work. I’ve really enjoyed how easy it is to use and it doesn’t have a strong smell. The only thing I really didn’t like was the light that came with it. It was fine but it’s better to have a flash light for craft work.

So far I love the product! Super easy to use and cures really quickly. I’ve struggled in the past with tons of bubbles from different epoxy but this I had maybe one or two come out of the container and didn’t need a flame to pop them. Love that I don’t have to mix it, just squeeze right out of the bottle. Light works, but this is day 1. If you don’t see an updated review assume it is still working! It does cure crystal clear like it says. Even if the light stops working I will still just keep buying this resin. It’s awesome! ... show more

While I love this product and use it daily, shipping it has some issues. I understand the need to cut back on our carbon footprint, but shipping breakable, squeeze bottles in a basically unpadded envelope, does not save anything. The product often leaks causing waste and dissatisfaction with the item. These type of items get squashed and often broken which leads to additional expense and further waste of natural resources. Plain and simple, these type of items should be sent in hard sided boxes. ... show more

I’ve tried so many UV resins and I was very disappointed in all of them even though they were highly recommended by others. This brand was also recommended by many people, but I was hesitate to try it. My only regrets is not trying it sooner. I am so happy with Mr. Resin!
