This works just as expected providing back support. I’m not sure if it’s just my office chair, but this tends to slide lower than I would prefer and I always have to adjust it apart from that. It definitely helps to make an office chair a lot more comfortable.

I purchased this for my son's 16 inch wheelchair. He is 4'3" and weighs about 75 pounds. The chair is a little deep for him so he was always sitting in a slouched position for his feet to reach the footrests. Wheelchair specific items like this are much more expensive so I thought we'd give this a try. This fits his chair great and is comfortable for him. I chose this item for a few reasons. I needed something with a washable cover, it has that. I wanted something with straps to secure it to his chair, it has that too. This pricepoint was also a deciding factor. I would say that this is maybe a medium support pillow. It measures 13 inches wide so I do not think that it would work well for a larger individual. The straps are made of a wide elastic band. It also comes with extenders for the straps. Overall construction seems decent. The instructions said there may be an odor from the foam and gave advice on how to remedy that but I did not notice any odor. Works perfectly for our needs. ... show more
