    • Not what I was hoping for
I have had Mr Christmas tree for a long time . My last tree before it stopped working had a nice warm white and other colors that weren’t as bright . This tree was easy to put up . That was the only good part . I’m disappointed at the fact that I spent 20-30 min moving the branches around to make it look some what full . My older tree never had this problem and I got it from qvc which back then it was cheaper. And the lights are way too bright, it’s taking away my beautiful ornaments I have in my tree . Definitely a let down . Way too bright and Not a fan of the color options. Definitely looking into a different tree next year and using this one as a back up ... show more

    • Needing a replacement
If this tree worked properly it would be great. Assembly was easy and easy to fluff out. The problem is the lights will still come on even when the tree is off you'll see a couple bulbs still on and towards the top of the tree the lights in one section will be different colors then what was selected or they pulse like they are having a hard time doing what you want. Already had my tree and ornaments assembled by the time the issue started. Already spoke with Amazon a couple times and I'm sending it back for a replacement and plan to keep it up a while to make sure this one works if not I would recommend spending your money on a different tree....we will see shortly. ... show more

This tree looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture! The lights work great! I’ve always had artificial trees & know they have to be fluffed! But this is very difficult to manipulate. The branches don’t stay when you “fluff” them

The media could not be loaded. The tree assembly set-up was easy and the size was good, however the tree was made of two different materials, the regular plastic and some rubber stuff… like it was a filler. it was very uneven, thin and patchy. The rubber limbs had no lights. After 20 minutes or less of playing with the tree, some lights on the tree did not light up. When I tried changing the bulb, that made many more lights go out all at once. On top of that there were areas that had large gaps unlit. It was noticeable and not attractive. The purple lighting, which is the color I really wanted, was more like a hot pink, which was disappointing. And when i went to unplug the tree after 1 hour, the plug was very hot. Moreover, I simply was not satisfied and was unpleased with this item. But it did respond to Alexa well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The tree was super easy to assemble and unassemble, but Amazon must have purchased a wholesale batch of defective trees because I ordered the first 6.5 foot during Prime Days and the lights on the top half were defective. Amazon sent a replacement and the lights on the top half of the replacement were also defective. Note that in one photo the tree is off yet two bulbs are still lit. WTH?!? ... show more

This tree is disappointing all the way around. Connects with Alexa, but does not do the correct command you tell it to. The lights on it are few and far between. When you have it on the yellow color the top half is a light soft yellow and the bottom has a green tint to it. There is one section of the tree where the lights just constantly blink. Some of the light stay on even when the tree turns off. I have tried changing the bulbs and resetting the tree. The only function that looks half way decent is multicolored because then the messed up lights blend better. Very sad about this tree not living up to my last one. ... show more

I have two other Mr. Christmas trees and they are full & beautiful, which is why I purchased this one. Not happy with this one at all. Very, very bare looking - not full at all! The only thing that I like about this tree is the lights - the brightness & coloring that is! You can see all the wires from the lights. If it wasn't so close to Christmas & that this is a memorial tree for my son, I would return it! Plus two branches were just hanging and a bulb burned out less than 24 hours later. ... show more
