The plugs didn't fit. One was too small and wouldn't go together it was the correct shape but made poorly the others slipped in and clicked like they we should.

Works great! Installation took a bit as long as you follow the provided instructions! Only nuisance is that when you depress the brakes it turns off and you have to restart your car. Not a huge issue, just that potentially forget and step on the brakes to shift to then have the car shut off.

***'21 Hyundai Tuscon*** Received the product in perfect condition, scanned the QR code for specific vehicle instructions. Took about 5 to 10 minutes to look over the instructions which were explained perfectly, installed it in about 30 minutes. There was one panel attached to the steering column needing to be adjusted to get to a connector below the steering wheel, the others were easily accessed above the gas pedal. IF THIS PRODUCT CONTINUES TO WORK AS WELL AS IT DID 10 MINUTES AFTER I INSTALLED AND TESTED SEVERAL TIMES, IT WILL BE THE BEST AUTO START EVER! Let's hope if there's an issue, the warranty is honored. Keep in mind when you press on the break after first entering after auto start, the engine will shut off. Kind of annoying if you actually have the key fob, just a forced safety measure.***UPDATE*** IF YOU PRESS ONLY THE ENGINE START BUTTON AFTER ENTERING THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE STAYS ON, PERFECT!! Don't forget when you're exiting the vehicle to leave the temperature setting at what you want it at the next time you auto start.

Installed easily. I am a 64 year old women with some mechanical skills. I was able to access the control module after pulling the panel. My hands were small enough I didnt have to remove it. I plugged the new remote module in, the plugs only go in one way and in one location. The colors did not totally match but as I said they only went in one way. hooked up the 3 wires from the harness to the new remote start, did the few steps it called for to activate it. It took probably 10 min total , 30 if you include the panel removal and re-install it. 2017 Hyundai Tuscon.

So Tech help is only available M-F. Is not available on weekends. You send them an email and they get back to you sooner or later. I downloaded the instructions that came with the starter and instructions were wrong. After sending pictures of plug ends and the harness the techs replied with " the plugs may be on the right side behind glove box or left side above the gas pedal. I have a certified master auto mechanic trying to install this and he can't install this with the instructions provided. 5-6 hours later he was about to give up when we searched the internet for a video of the install. We finally found a video and it showed the color plugs that came on the harness for our car, but the plugs did not plug together as instructions said they would. In the video it showed the brown harness plug went to the white plug on the car. The black harness plug went to the grey plug on the car and the grey harness plug went to the brown plug on the car. In no way was it just plug and play. So he finally got the remote starter installed. However, it works from inside the house approximately 50 ft from kitchen window to car, it did not work anywhere close to the 1200 feet as was suggested by another viewer. We have a 2020 Hyundai Tucson with push button start. I can't speak for other brands/models of vehicles but this was total BS. Good luck should you purchase this remote starter but it was an extremely frustrating install for us.

Highly recommend to NOT buy this product. Don’t even waste your time and money….I had to learn the hard way. The provided installation instructions that came with the kit were completely incorrect. Once they provided the correct instructions, I installed the “plug and play” kit, which was very far from that. It took my hours upon hours. After it was all said and done, it did not function. Customer support is trash. I called multiple times for assistance and not ONE single person EVER answered. They only communicate via email but claim they have outstanding phone support. FALSE. So ultimately, I removed the kit and returned it. Do not purchase this item.

This unit works great.Installed in 2 hrs. Good directions, hardest part is squirming up under the dash. A determined DIY person can do this.
