I like this over other ab rollers because of the extra wheel. It makes it easier to roll and keep my balance. The slot for my phone works pretty good but I don't use it that much. It comes with a pad for your knees. it's pretty thin but it works ok. My only dislike is the handle. It comes off fairly easy. It does ok when using it, but it is almost guaranteed to come off if you have to pick it up and move it anywhere. I think 4 stars is fair as long as you don't pick it up as much. ... show more

I may be too tall or possibly misinformed as to how these are supposed to work but during a forward extension something pops and the return action is lost and then there is resistance getting back upright. I have to lift it up and reset it constantly. The spring coiled rollers don't seem to have enough travel. ... show more

This could be a great ab wheel but fell short in operation and quality. It is designed to add resistance one direction and wind up the other direction but the mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. Mine broke after about 6 weeks and locked up and would not roll . I took it apart and removed the pins on the locked wheel to make it roll again and like it much better without the built in resistance which I feel is not needed to get a decent ab workout. ... show more
