Lately, I’ve had TMJ pain for no apparent reason. Well, maybe not apparent to me, but as it turns out, I was grinding my teeth. I tried another brand (Plackers), but it moved around at night when I slept and hurt my jaw. This one formed beautifully to my teeth and roof of my mouth. I have a small mouth so the larger ones didn’t fit as well but the small one did, and is extremely comfortable from the second I put it in my mouth. Slept all night for the first time in a long time without any pain, I didn’t even notice it was there. Thank heavens for all the positive reviews, as that’s how I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing this one. It’s less expensive than the first ones I bought so that was my only hesitation, but this product is leaps and bounds better than the other one. I would highly recommend.

After extensive research I found these mouth guard trays to be the best deal, with good reviews, so decided to try them out. You recieve a total of 4 mouth trays (2 large and 2 small - I was able to use both sizes) After a very quick molding process I had two sets ready to go (one for home and one for travel). So far I am 1 week in and these are doing the trick. I sleep well with them in as they are a tight fit with proper molding. Recommended for those who grind (like me)

Good news is This year I made it to all my doctors appointments! Bad news is My astigmatism requires glasses and contacts. My grinding requires a dental gaurd. My bunions require orthotics. And All of these I NEED to work, lol and needed at the same time!!! I was worried I would be wasting $$$ on this item and would end up having to buy another one. But thankfully these were less than a third the cost of one of the ones at a major retailer and this package included 4!!! They are easy to mold, and I didn’t have to cut off very much to wear comfortably. They arrived quickly. I grind ALOT, and expected to go through a gaurd faster than expected so for them to last over a month, for the price and conscience of deliver I will defiantly be buying more!! Did not use for whitening and cannot rate that. Will update if I try it.

I was waking up with teeth pain and taking ibuprophen every morning until I was able to get this. I still have pain issues that are mainly pressure or temperature related but just noticed that I don't have it when I wake up anymore. It comes with 2 adult and 2 child size guards. Easy to mold. You don't have to bring water to full boil. Just heat until you see tiny bubbles start to rise. Then dip the guard in for about 12 seconds. After you pull it out just blow it off for just a second like you are about to put a bite of hot potatoes in your mouth. Press it with your fingers around the outside of your teeth ; ). Interesting... I didn't even know it had whitening capabilities until writing this review. Interesting that I was thinking when looking at my teeth this morning that they seemed lighter.

This mouth guard was super easy to get molded to my teeth and fits perfectly to my teeth! When purchasing I was concerned that it would be as thick as a sports mouth guard and I was extremely relieved when I saw they aren't! This is a great price for 4 guards and a case, they couldn't be easier to use!

So easy to use. Heat water just below boiling, pop it in for 15 seconds, let it cool for 5 seconds then clamp down on it - but not TOO hard. If it's a little large simply trim the edges with really sharp large scissors BEFORE you put it in the water. This will allow the plastic to have smooth rounded corners instead of sharp ones from cutting it. I prefer to use this on my bottom teeth to allow gravity to help keep it in place while you sleep.
