What is the solution if the spring arm does not move up or down? 1. Hang the TV and never exceed 66 lbs 2. If the arm rises, turn counterclockwise(lighter TVs). If the arm drops, turn clockwise(heavier TVs) 3. Refer to the number of turns corresponding to the weight listed in the manual; a full 360° is one circle! Will this mount fit your TV? Must read before deciding 1. TV size: 26-55'' 2. TV weight MUST be between 11-66 lbs. Either too light or too heavy may jam the spring mechanism. 3. Ensure the VESA pattern is consistent with those listed in the manual.(Not suitable for 100×200mm/300×400mm) 4. Wall Type What is the solution if the VESA holes do not line up correctly? 1. Ensure the VESA pattern is consistent with those listed in the manual. 2. Try to loosen the 8 nuts on the TV plate and extenders. 3. Line up the VESA holes and attach the brackets (tighten the mounting TV screws). 4. Retighten the 8 nuts. How to do? If you adjusted the tension in the correct direction and with enough circles, but the arm still couldn't move It may be due to transportation damage.
