I like the taste and texture of these meals and their convenience. Remove the oxygen absorber, add boiling water, stir, reseal and let steep. Then your hot meal is ready to eat. Use a long-handled spork or spoon and you can eat directly from the package. I generally like Mountain House meals…there are very few I wouldn’t buy again. The lasagna is my favorite (which surprised me!!) & I’d eat that for every meal LOL! The reason I gave this 4 stars is because the biscuits & gravy is a little too peppery…it just has too strong of a spiced flavor for my liking. They could have done better on that one. That being said, it’s still totally edible I would still buy it again…it’s just not my fave breakfast from MH. I would recommend. These are easy to make (just add hot water). Each pouch is enough for 1 person (even if it says it’s 2 servings…it’ll feed 1 person, so pack a pouch per person per meal). ... show more

    • Mountain House Lasagna is very good considering it lacks cheese.
This lasagna has the consistency of pasta but no layering like in lasagna, nor is there much of any cheese. But it tastes AMAZING 🤩
