I reviewed several standing desk converters before buying this model. It provides more flat tabletop surface than others to allow for papers, coffee cups, writing area, etc. beyond my laptop. The rectangular metal base is sturdy and the X-bar riser assures no movement when writing on it in the standing position. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend this model for those wanting flat surface areas beyond room for just their laptop and monitor.

This adjustable desk converter stand is simple, effective and it works great. I have the 32"x22" stand with no whistles or bells ... just a simple, one-level solid desk top without varying levels for a keyboard. I'm able to easily have a 27 inch monitor, keyboard and mouse on the desk top with 12 inches of space in the front to lay papers on and lean on when using the keyboard or working on papers. Very sturdy ... little to no vibration or wobble of my monitor when typing on the keyboard. The up/down mechanism works easily and the the stand is very heavy duty ... I am 6' tall and 190# and can easily lean on the stand ... it easily holds the weight. I use it mostly n the upright position (back pain issues) and for extra comfort I stand on a cushioned mat have a small step stool I can put my foot on to adjust my standing position when needed ... works great. Sitting down to use it is very comfortable ... only about 2 inches height on the desktop when lowered. I'm retired and use this at home, but if I worked in an office I would purchase this same stand without hesitation.

Excellent product at a very reasonable price. Seems well constructed. Easy to use - able to raise and depress with ease. No assemby needed. It fits well on a standard desk. As others have noted, it is heavy. This may be good since it probably reflects its solid construction; if not strong, however, one may need help getting it in place.

I bought this for my husband who was transitioning to working at home during the recent Covid 19 crisis. He has back problems and his desk at home was not conducive to sitting all day. The desk arrived very quickly and is very well constructed. It has weight from a metal structure so there is no wobble or tipping while in use. The top surface has room for his monitor, keyboard and also room to write notes. The desk can be raised and lowered without anything falling off as the mechanism is very smooth throughout any height you choose. The bottom support dimension is 25" wide by 19"deep and the desktop is 31 3/4 wide by 22" deep. I add this so if your desk structure is smaller than the desktop measurements this will still work for you as long as your desk is as large as the bottom support dimensions. We both are very satisfied with the quality of this product.

This product arrived very safely and thoroughly packaged. Even though the cardboard box looked a little bruised, the stand inside was in pristine condition. The stand is a lot heavier than I expected but I was still able to carry it myself up a flight of stairs. Now that I have it placed on my desk, I am grateful for the extra sturdiness. I love how this product can sit right on top of my student desk and instantly convert it into a standing desk. I have found it very easy to adjust this stand to any height of my choice. The look is very sleek and has just the surface area I need to fit multiple books and a laptop on there simultaneously. This is great for anyone who wants to take better care of themselves. It would be a great present for a student too.

I’ve had this for about a week. Working from home for a call center when I barely get 1 minute between calls- this has been magical. I was so restless sitting in my chair for 8 hours. This glides easily and feel sturdy. I have a laptop and monitor and still have a ton of room left. No shaking when transitioning. I absolutely love it and would recommend.

I received the Desk yesterday ..... very fast delivery. It is everything that the Product Page says it is . I have used it so far four times of 15 -20 minute stretches. Works right out of the box. Since I am at my computer many hours hours a day, this Desk is a godsend. I have a 19" inch all-in-one PC, full size keyboard, mouse, desk lamp and 2 small speakers on the table top and there is room for a cup of coffee. I am a bit over 6' feet and the Desk opens to a perfect height. You can adjust downward. Came well packaged with even plastic corner covers Mount-It! Standing Desk Ergonomic Height Adjustable Sit Stand Desk, 32x22 Inch Preassembled Stand-Up Desk Converter, Holds up to 20 Pounds, Large Surface . This small warning: The Desk is on the heavy side.

I am 6'3 tall (1,90cm) and its maximum height is just enough. You could buy a couple of boxes or small plastic tables if you would like it to be 100% ergonomic, but for those who just cant work sitting on their desk all the time, this is just great. This is the second standing table like this I buy (first one from another brand). I decided for this one because is just goes up and down in the same spot, and its pretty simple. I've had this one for almost 2 years, and it works as day one. I would buy it again.
