Doesn't have an adjustment for leveling. When TV is swiveled any minor leveling issue becomes greatly exaggerated.

I’ve purchased items from Mount-It before and generally their products are very well made. This ceiling mount is no exception. This mount will allow you to mount a TV with rear vesa 100 through 400 sized holes to a ceiling or other upper support structure. Make sure that your ceiling or support above is up to the task of holding the total combined weight of the TV, mount, any cabling or any tuners/stb/AppleTV/etc you are using with it. The listed max of 100lbs should hold most modest screens. The packaging comes with EVERYTHJNG you’d need except for basic tools to install it. It includes all the bolt sizes that most TVs use for rear mounting. It also includes a few Velcro strips for cable management. The down tube also allows you to hide the cables inside it for a clean look. The mount also allows for the ceiling to be non-level and will accommodate a slope. The block at the bottom of the tube allows the tv to rotate. This allows more flexibility in the installation. My use case is to install this on my deck pergola and for this use, it will be prefect. The tv mount is actually a quick release design, so I’ll be able to remove the TV when I am not using it. For the money, this is a great mount and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing to ceiling mount your tv. I’ve included photos of the installation guide here for anyone needing to see what’s involved in the installation of this mount. It’s easy.
