As most of you know there are no studs over the fireplace because of the chimney. This TV mount allowed us to Anchor it to the ceiling and it worked perfectly. Very sturdy and secure when it is attached to a 2x4 in the ceiling.

I have years of professional experience mounting TVs and other electrical appliances/equipment. I used this product to mount a Samsung 85" Q7. It was easy to install and can handle the size and weight. It does not hold the TV completely still, however, and swings a little if pushed. This was a little disconcerting at first, so I went back to check a week later and all is well. I would NOT install where the TV would be moved often to avoid wear on some of the parts.

This product is great. Very much worth the money i paid for it. It is very sturdy. But i am lucky I live with people. I never would of been able to install this on my own. The mount is heavy and the instructions are just a mess of pictures. But that downside aside it has been holding my 75 in tv steady for a couple weeks at this point and i couldnt be happier. Would definitely buy again if needed.

This mount is awesome!! Mounting my 75" TV in my theatre room was a breeze. I did however choose to mount the bracket in the ceiling to a steel bar drilled to 2 ceiling joists. I lost about 6 inches on the downbar but turned out perfect for room. Very sturdy construction!!

This thing is amazing. Does everything it says it does. Super sturdy bolts. If you can't pre-drill a stud and go into a stud use toggles. keep in mind the tilt function isn't just press and move, it has four sets of holes and a pin to adjust where you want the tilt. But it does swivel 360° by just pushing and turning.

It wasn’t tough to install but the instructions are very minimal. Says nothing about needing to be in studs which is necessary for a ceiling mount. What I don’t like, which you can see in the image, is it leans back after the tv was mounted. I’m concerned that the offset weight is putting strain on the arm. The arm that mounts into the bracket is not secure at all. It’s free floating. Also the description says up to 90” but another portion of this product says up to 70”

its ok. i got it installed with two tvs but i dont like how there is no mechanism in place to secure the pole to the mount. it just kind of dangles from the base that screws into the ceiling. that part is lose. with one tv its lopsided and apears to put stress on the top. theres no lock in place to keep it from swiveling, also nothing to make it more stiff. its like having my tvs on a rope it feels like. its cool though, it does its job and has no risk of falling. i like it because its double sided and its what i need but i want something that can be extremely rigid when everything is fastened and tightened and this just doesnt have that. it does its job but isnt outstanding. its a good solution but under-engineered in an important place. not very satisfied but i am at the same time because it works and fits in the budget. but it could be better.
