Received the helmet today. Needed something light that looks sporty, but doesn't make me look like a bobble head character. This exceeded my expectations. Very plush padding. You can remove the sun visor and the helmet comes with 3 plugs to replace the screws that hold the sun visor in place for a cleaner look than just taking off the visor and reinserting the screws. If you use the sizing chart, the helmet won't fit. As others have already stated, you need to order one size bigger for a perfect fit, and two sizes bigger if you intend to ride with any kind of glasses or shades on. This helmet at less than a $100 is a steal. After receiving mine and trying it on, I would pay $200 for this helmet if it were only being sold at that price. For reference, I own several motorcycle helmets from Shoei, Bell, KBC, HJC, to name a few. If you get the right size, I guarantee you will love this helmet. ... show more

The only reason this wasn’t a full 5 stars was because of the size inconsistency when selecting these helmets. Multiple brands have the same issue, where their size chart doesn’t match their actual helmet. The last helmet I bought at this price range, I selected a medium, and I couldn’t fit my head into the helmet at all. This time, I did a large (I’m not even close to being a large) and it fits perfectly. I’d highly recommend going one size up when making your selection. Other than that one complaint, the helmet feels great and looks cool. One thing I noticed right away is that the inside padding doesn’t feel cheap like my previous helmet experiences at this price range. Other brands tend to use a meshy feeling soft material that catches and yanks hair located at the temples and sides when removing the helmet. This helmet uses a smoother feeling non-mesh inner lining. It’s very comfortable and a nice change to what I normally see. The sun visor is firm and easy to access, the air vents at the top can be opened and closed with ease, and the chin guard is sturdy. You can tell the helmet is built to really take a hit, and it has a lot of quality behind it. Even the presentation of the box and the packaging wasn’t bad. It really made me feel like I didn’t buy something cheap, even though it was under 100 dollars. Will this be just as good as the expensive 350 dollar helmet? No way. Will this protect you in a crash? The helmet is so much lighter than I expected ! I love the plush interior the whole thing feels solid and well built . the visor goes up and down effortlessly I was a little sad I didn’t get the logo on the protective film (I thought that was a really nice touch for the unboxing ) I like the full face protection for motorized sports but being able to remove it while I’m just kickin’ and pushing’ makes it usable for skating without overheating . I ordered the xl and it fits very well around the my skull and dosn’t smush my ears. The face guard feels pretty solid like it would protect you from flying debris and would probably save your teeth if you took a direct face plant . The guard does sit a little too close to my nose. So im probably going to glue a piece of foam to it and hope for the best. My only concern is the face guard dosnt cover my chin or the bottom of my jaw. This leaves me feeling a bit vulnerable but this also allows air to freely in and out the bottom so the visor dosnt fog up and my face does stay noticeably cooler so it’s a worthy trade off for me. I normally wear a Large helmet so I went up in size based on reviews. I ordered the XL and it was too snug. I started to feel hot spots after an hour of riding. I returned it and bought the XXL and it fits perfect. Very comfortable and overall just an awesome helmet!

This thing looks sick and the removeable mouth protector is a nice feature. Apparently you can remove the visor as well to replace with a clear one, but I feel like I'm going to break something and there are no instructions for doing so (plus its another $15 for the clear visor). The only issue is that it fogs up easily so i might get some anti fog solution and hope it works. Overall great quality and fits nice. I actually bought this for snowboarding, cause 40% of snowboarding is looking cool. Fake it till you make it. I’m obviously too broke for a RuRoc or Scorpion helmet. Not really, I just don’t go enough to justify the cost. But this helmet looked great online so I have it a shot and I wasn’t disappointed. The inside is actually fleece lined so it’s really comfortable, and there’s adjustable vents on the top and in the face piece. The chin strap is an easy pull release, very similar to that of a snowboard binding. So theres no F’ing around with trying to loop the strap through two D rings in a specific way. It just clicks right in, and you pull to release. The visor folds down really easily, though I wish it also came with the clear visor cause I may wanna just use my sunglasses underneath since they’re polarized. But that brings me into why it only got 4 stars. There’s no real room for glasses with this helmet. I squeezed my regular glasses on after putting the helmet on, but they’re a very thing and flexible frame. I wouldn’t think sunglasses which typically have a thicker frame would fit very comfortably. A lot of helmets I’ve had in the past have a split in the cushion going back to the ears specifically so then glasses can fit comfortably, but these do not. Another minor issue is that it fits pretty tight. A large usually fits me perfectly but this helmet feels a tad small. Not overly small, in fact it may just be that I’m not used to such a shallow face guard (as opposed to like a dirt bike helmet that sticks out a few more inches) I can almost lick the inside of this face guard. But I’ll get used to it. And maybe that’s how I’ll open and close the front vent LOL All in all a very nice helmet at a great price. Will definitely recommend to my friends Edit: I dropped a star cause it fogs up really easily, especially if you use it for snowboarding, which is probably not it’s recommended use, but there it is ... show more
