  • Everything is great
Amazing bike I like it over the tuttio easy to mod and ride while still being fast. Battery lasts a good while. And durability is great. Appearance also great like I said easy to mod looks great and you can spray paint plastics if you want a different color.

  • Happy, but.......
Dropping 2 stars because the seat was broken, and the handle bars are damaged. Other than that, it's a perfect size bike for a tall kiddo. My kid is 12 years old, and he will get a long time use out of this bike. So far, the battery has held up well. And must be mechanically inclined to understand how to put it together. That part was tough. But I could have paid the extra to have it assembled for me. My fault there. Overall, I'm happy with the bike! My kid hasn't gotten bored yet. Definitely got him off the games and out of the house more, and for that, I am so happy! ... show more

  • Can’t Review What Doesn’t Work at All
Bought the package for paid assembly included so bike would be put together by a professional and then we charged the bike for 12 hours to make sure battery is fully charged, DOESN’T WORK!

  • Horrible and non existent customer service , no office or actual business in US.
I purchased this MotoTec electric bike for my son in November 2025. The first disappointment was the assembly instructions. The photos were so dark and unclear that they were almost unusable. I ended up watching multiple YouTube videos just to figure out how to assemble a brand-new product. Because we live in Washington State, the bike spent most of the winter in the garage due to constant rain. By April, my son had only ridden it around a dozen times for short 10–20 minute rides on a quiet cul-de-sac. The bike still looks nearly new and has not been abused, crashed, or heavily used. The battery had only been charged a few times. Despite that limited use, the bike developed problems and became unusable. What has been far more frustrating than the failure itself is the warranty process. For the past seven weeks, I have exchanged roughly 30 emails trying to get this issue resolved. I was asked to check voltages, inspect wiring, disconnect components, troubleshoot the motor, and perform numerous diagnostic steps. At some point I started asking myself why I was spending so much time acting as a repair technician on a product that was still under warranty. Communication has been extremely slow. Responses sometimes take several days and occasionally more than a week. I was sent troubleshooting videos that were for different bike models and in a language I do not speak, which only added to the confusion. I was told replacement parts would be shipped. Weeks later I am still requesting tracking information and confirmation that the parts have actually been sent. As of today, I still do not have clear answers regarding the status of the shipment. The result is a broken bike, a disappointed child, and many hours spent chasing information that should have been provided proactively. My advice to potential buyers is to research not only the product, but also the support process. Before purchasing, find out who handles warranty claims, where replacement parts come from, how long they typically take to arrive, and how responsive customer service is when something goes wrong. The bike looked promising when it arrived. Unfortunately, when a product fails, support becomes just as important as the product itself. Based on my experience, the warranty process has been the most disappointing part of the entire purchase. ... show more

  • Honestly, really impressed with this bike for the price.
Honestly, really impressed with this bike for the price. It’s got more power than I expected and feels quick without being hard to handle. Battery life is solid for casual riding, and it holds up well on trails and bumps. Not quite pro-level suspension, but definitely good enough for most riders. Setup was easy too. Overall, it’s just a really fun bike and totally worth it if you’re getting into electric dirt bikes. ... show more
