Baby monitor was shipped in a plastic bag and the manufacture box inside was crushed really bad when opened. Luckily it works and haven’t found anything broken as of now. I know things get tossed around during shipping and are going to get dinged up but at least try shipping an electronic product like this in a box so you can tell if it is being crushed. I never have this problem with Amazon shipping just the other shipping companies that are used. Happy with the monitor. If I was giving this as a gift I would have returned it. ... show more

    • A WHOLE lot better than the "connect" ones.
Night mode actually works pretty good on this one, way better than the more expensive "connect" one I had. So much so, I taped the sensor so it stays in night mode even during the day. Which leads me to the next issue, I can't see squat during the day unless the camera goes in night mode...hence the tape covered light sensor. Other than that, it's a winner in my book...especially compared to the 180+ dollar Motorola Connect set I had before this one. ... show more

Bought this for my toddler to keep an eye on him for nighttime sleep only. I knew I didn't want to spend more than $100 since we just had to get a new one for his baby sister. Well, you get what you pay for. It's a decent cam for a toddler, but I don't recommend for a baby if you want a crystal clear picture for all their naps/etc. You'll need to spend at least $150 for that. ... show more
