When I received the package and opened it, it looked like a brand-new phone. Everything was sealed completely. The phone was in immaculate condition with no signs of wear or blemishes. It feels like a factory new device. Very impressed. I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished phone with 512GB of storage at such a great price, but I decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I was amazed to find it in immaculate condition, looking brand new and sealed in the original packaging. It indeed had the full 512GB of storage, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything advertised was exactly what I received. Despite some negative reviews from others about carrier issues, my phone was fully unlocked and in perfect working order. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I have been used to mostly Samsung Galaxy S series phones. This looked to be a good combination of price and features with large internal storage to offset the lack of an SD Card Slot. Phone works well, great screen, responsive and there were no visible marks that I could see from the previous owner

The phone screen is perfect, the back is in good condition, and the frame is in okay but not good condition. But I'm giving it 4 stars since it had Boost Mobile stuff all over it, even though it was "unlocked". But it didn't really effect me since I actually use Boost so I didn't have any issues. But be aware that you may get a phone that has Boost Mobile stuff on it.

Great phone at a great price. Product exactly as described. Have bought a few from this from this vendor. Was able to unlock one of his Verizon locked phones after 2 months of Verizon service just like they say. If I need another one I'll buy from this guy.

Phone is almost unusable. It comes with some preloaded software that you can't remove. I hope you like Temu commercials. At first I had zero bars anywhere. It did a software update and I finally had cell service. It came with a 25% charge and took over 6 hours to reach 100%. Every day it does another software update. Even when it doesn't, my Calender and Clock widgets disappear every time it's been inactive for a while. I have to put the widgets back up so often that I've stopped bothering. As soon as my new phone comes in, I'm returning this one. Connectivity is so so.

Let's make a few things clear, the Motorola Edge Plus is the flagship of Motorola. Unlike the flagships of the other phone companies however, like Google's Pixels, Samsung's Galaxies, and Apple iPhones, the Edge Plus series is a sleeper phone that upends the competition with its utterly DISGUSTING price to performance ratio. This model, the 2022 model, while it may be 3 years outdated by the time I'm writing this review is frankly utterly ridiculous. For the price of just under $200 as of writing, you can have performance that is just as good as phones that are within the price range of the MIDDLE THOUSANDS. It even competes well with its successors AND the current flagships of the big three! Plus, not even the discounted flagship phones of the other companies come anywhere close to the Edge Plus's price. I'm a very spend-conscious guy, as are most people in this economy, and overall, I prefer function over form, bang for buck. Sure, the Edge Plus doesn't have the best camera like Samsung, it doesn't have the highest grade Android protection like the Pixel, and it doesn't have the waterproofing of... eugh, iPhones. It is however, around middle-upper tier for all of those aspects. Additionally, it has essentially no bloatware just like the Pixel, unlike Samsung and iPhone. It has a 68W charging speed, it has 512GB of storage, and a 144hz refreshing screen. With its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, it competes well against the other flagships in speed at the same 4 nanometers, though with some heat generation. At 4800Mah, it's got more charge than ALL iPhones, MOST of the Pixels, and MATCHES the Galaxies. Additionally, it matches the RAM of the other phones at 8GB, and certain models surpass at 12GB. To get the absolute MOST of this phone, you'll need to buy a fast charging brick, a fast charging wire, and a protection case. All of which are easily afforded by NOT SPENDING THOUSANDS on the other phones. Once you buy a 67W brick, a 67W cable, and a kevlar or otherwise impact-protected phone case, you are all set for this phone. This phone is an investment that pays dividends immediately on purchase and I cannot recommend it enough for the frugal spender.

The he phone was in great shape half an far as being scratch free and having an excellent screen. The part that was NOT great was that, even though this was supposed to be a 'refurbished' device, clearly the battery was not addressed at all. The original capacity of the battery would have been between 4516 and 4800 mAh. The capacity of the battery in the phone I received was calculated to be 3295 mAh. This is something like 68.5-73% of the design capacity. Needless to say, my battery does NOT last all day with the type of use I put the phone to. Not very happy.
