I swear I ordered 5 and not 4, but they turned out so well I won't complain. A place on etsy was going to charge like 20 bucks a patch (and couldn't make them 2x3 because of the formatting), but I got 4 for $30. They're a little thin compared to say a standard US Military Flag patch of 2x3", but they're surprisingly firm and not "floppy". Stitching is clean with no fraying. Velcro is strong. It looks like they used red thread to stitch the black border together, which I wouldn't have chosen given the chance. But $7 a patch or whatever I won't complain.

I like that I was able to submit a 2D image with a simple description and they produced the patch as instructed. However, given that I do not make patches myself there were things that I expected from the product that I didn’t realize I needed to specify. In the example photo the patch is 100% embroidered from edge to edge and the stitching looks thicker/bolder. When my patches arrived, they technically met my specifications however there was no background stitching between my logo and the outline, just the white substrate. In addition the stitching is very thin so there are spots where the design doesn’t have the contrast that it should because the stitching blends together.

Great quality product. This item ships from China, so if you are shipping across the ocean, it takes some time to get to you. But it is worth the wait for such a high quality product that is very reasonably priced.

The quality of the work, including color matching the artwork, was quite good. They were delivered on time and for the money, a great buy. Since we purchased sew-on items "adhesion" could not really be rated. But if I had realized they were made in China I would not have purchased them. We really do need to wean ourselves off Chinese products.

I was unsure if it would turn out the way it did, but it’s beyond perfect. As long as you give your measurements down in the “other requirements” for both Height and Width, it should turn out great. For those of you who are wondering about the Background. Don’t worry about it if your just gonna make like a flag patch. For mine I just was concerned about the size and the color Velcro and Border. Wasn’t sure if the border would be thicker, but it’s good the way it is. So if your looking for a good custom patch, order from these guys. It takes a while, 2 weeks atleast. But don’t stress about it, they’ll make anything that you ask them, for as long as you pay the people.

There are no words to describe how excited I was to receive this! The quality & precision is absolutely amazing! I am very happy with the results and would 100% order from here again! I originally was going to order through a shop on Etsy but they wanted $15 for one patch and based on reviews would be hit or miss on quality. Decided to try this out and it was way more bang for my buck (got 5 for $35). It took 2.5 weeks to get here but was totally & completely worth it!! Great customer service as well.
