The instructions were a little difficult but the videos were helpful. the connections from the arms to the roller seem a little smaller than I would like to see. the overall quality is acceptable to me

Dislike the fact that it doesn't work on 12 volt. It was labeled 12 VT but nope. I have to cranck it in and out by hand which is a pain as you can imagine. Especially when you pay over a thousand for it. Amazon hasn't been and help trying to help us remedy this situation.

We like the ease in which it opens and how it updates our camper. I do not like the fact that it was a couple days late in delivery when I had contracted to install it on the day of projected delivery.

The awning is well made. Vinyl is thick and nicely decorated. We had some issues with receiving this product from fed ex, as they delivered to the wrong address to start. This product comes in 2 boxes which the seller does not indicate in the listing, but Fed Ex really did a bad job. The instructions are not that easy to figure out. We had already replaced an awning on an RV years ago, so we were sort of familiar with the procedure. Just be careful, because pics are not that clear either. Had an issue with the motor that turns the roller which opens and closes the awning. The seller was wonderful to work with on this issue and all in all everything worked out. ... show more
