These blinds are amazing value. The order process was a piece of cake and the install was even easier. We ended up ordering two because liked the first one so much. We linked ours with our apple home and set them to automatically close at night so we can get some privacy. Would definitely buy again!

The product fit well and was exactly as described. They were easy to install and seem to be good quality. However, on top of all that, I’m really impressed with this company. There was a one day shipping delay where a package was listed as delivered but was not. The company responded to my email within hours (on Xmas day no less) and had answers with tracking numbers but still promised to make it right if there was an error. Then I screwed up and didn’t order the right motor, the company agreed to ship me a hub that will make it all work for no charge. I am planning on doing the rest of the blinds in my house and will certainly use this company for the remaining blinds. Thank you guys.

I made a slight error with measuring, but was able to get both of my new blinds to fit. They work great and charge really fast! I recommend the magnetic charger for ease of use. Good company as well very responsive. Thank you!

We have had these installed for a few weeks now and we're happy with the product so far. We ordered 3 blinds. First off, physically installing them is a breeze. Here's a couple tips for connecting them and setting them up. 1. We ordered one with the multi-channel controller and a bridge and then two others without either. After setting the first one (connecting to the remote and setting your lower and upper limits) and before moving onto the next, turn off the first one. And, upon beginning setup for any other blinds, make sure any others are off. 2. We ordered all to roll out from the inside. However one came from the outside (reverse roll). It's easy to fix this (although I had no idea what to do at first) - In admin mode, simply let the blind all the way down and then it will begin to roll up the other way. Then reverse the motor on the app and begin the rest of your setup (upper, lower limits etc). 3. When connecting to the app, first setup your bridge. Then when setting up the blinds, add a subdevice to the bridge (dont use the add device on the home screen). Feel free to reach out with questions.

It worked fine for the first few days, then all of a sudden it just stopped working. The battery shows its charged, and the blinds don't move at all whether the controller is in admin or normal mode. I spent a lot of money on these blinds, I don't understand why they don't work anymore. ** Update 2/9/2026 ** after receiving a new motor, the company did a great job in addressing my problem. I may order more blinds from them now.

The company reached out from the beginning via WhatsApp to let me know they had received my order and would process it quickly, which they did and to reach out If I had any concerns or questions. We had a problem with the width of our curtain when it arrived and the customer service was very quick to respond and remedy the issue. The package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Easy to follow instructions. We installed it in about 10min. Looks great and easy to reprogram if needed.
