Installed it on my pontoon boat on the bow. Works perfectly to mount my motorguide Xi3 trolling motor. Had to shop around for a bit to find a padlock that would fit. I found it at Lowe’s. I included pictures of the lock and model number. Highly recommend aluminum quick release.

    • Poor quality hardware
Worst mounting hardware I've ever worked with. Nylock nuts froze on cap bolts before becoming fully seated. Had to cut off and replace with new hardware. Problem solved but extremely inconvenient. Recommend replacing all cap bolts and nylock nuts before beginning installation.

This fit my Lowrance Ghost 47" easily, and seems like it's built solid. You just need a couple tools like a drill, 10mm socket, and wrench to install.
