I've had these for almost 10 months. They work great. They're plenty loud for me, but I ride a scooter, not some loud Harley. They are also loud enough that other vehicles in traffic don't impede them. I have some complaints. One is the adhesive. The set has slid down some. I'm about to buy a second pair right now because I lost my charger and I think I'll use gorilla glue from the start. My other complaint is about the buttons. I wish the volume was set with separate buttons. Having to hold them makes precise control impossible, so they're either too loud or too quiet and I have to just set it on my phone. These are still a great value.

Good quality for the price. Easy to install, & set up the Bluetooth. Works good over the wind noise at high speeds, dont have problems hearing anything. Mic seems to hear me through the wind as well. I'd recommend it.

I like this headset for the price. I have it on my Arai helmet and drive a Honda VTX 1800neo. It paired with my iPhone easily and the controls are easy to use once you get used to where they are. I can hear it fine at higher speeds and the mic works well. The sound quality is fair with almost no bass but for $25 vs $250 you get a lot more than you pay for. I’d recommend it if you want to listen to some tunes while you ride.

So far this is working fantastic. Takes a little bit to get it set up correctly in the helmet but once you do so far it has been flawless. My music and phone calls are absolutely crystal clear as if I have the phone right up to my ear and probably better. So far I've called several people using it and they were shocked that I was actually on my bike, my ebike at the time going 25 miles per hour and they didn't hear any noise or sounds of cars going by me. I could hear them perfectly fine and there was no breaks in the connection or anything. One other thing I love about it so far is that pairing is fantastically easy. I just turned it on and within about 2 seconds it's already paired with my phone once my Bluetooth is on and it stays that way. Works better than any of the two different sets of earbuds that I have. The microphone works beautifully as well and even my daughter was shocked cuz she thought I had the phone up to my head. In fact I am writing this entire review using speech to text with the helmet on right now using the system. I also love the lights on the side that you can customize as well as the two different mounting options. I ended up using the velcro which is very strong and so far it is holding on beautifully. The unit seems well made and well designed and you can disconnect it from the mounting bracket and unplug the speaker and my cables easily so that you can charge it and then reconnect it with no problem. Hopefully it will hold up for a while but so far this is absolutely a fantastic deal especially for the price, love it. Before I was constantly sticking my small Bluetooth in my ear to be able to listen to music or make phone calls while riding. I often had to stop as most said they couldn't hear me with the wind noise or other sounds, but with this system I no longer have any problem. Just pop on my helmet, turn it on and if it's at night turn on the dancing lights, slide my phone in the mount and I'm ready to ride. Awesome. Would gladly buy it again and recommend it to a friend, in fact I have one friend that is looking to even buy a motorcycle helmet for his E-bike just so he can use this system.

This is a good product if you are on a budget. The sound quality isn’t to great but you can hear while you are riding. When listening to text messages or anything besides music it’s not good for that. Haven’t had the chance to test out the walkie tho.

It was weak and I planned on getting a diff app and equalizer to remedy it but after my first ride I stopped to get gas and download app and it was gone . Thinking it was my fault I had my riding buddy check his and just as we thought his popped right off and we had to bend and jerry rigged it up to stay and he added some other stuff . But I'm not exactly of financial status to be just ordering new stuff and this was for safety reasons so since I'm on a fixed income I basically just got screwed out of the device which in turn removed me from safety traversing with my group and missing out. Tried customer service but it's so confusing and tedious I just don't know I guess learn from my mistakes DONT NOT get this pos unless you have money to afford replacing or something besides a phone to see if customer service will help or even talk to you

I purchased this so I can answer phone calls, listen to my GPS apps, and listen to music low enough to still hear surrounding vehicles. I’m reluctant to buy cheaper products in fear of getting something that’ll be a waste of money. But this actually surprised me in a great way. Cons: it doesn’t come with instructions, but YouTube always has tutorial videos on how to install most headsets. Pros: The sound is more than loud enough in a full-face helmet. I like that you get plenty of 3m mounting Velcro. I had left over Velcro 3m pads when I was finished installing everything. The calls are clear. I went out and rode around and my wife called me. She said she couldn’t hear the wind and could hear my voice like any other phone call. The led lighting on the Y20 is actually pretty cool. At night it could double as a way to get other drivers to notice you. It arrives with a clip on mount for the helmet, but the way the padding is on my helmet there wasn’t a way that was going to work. Luckily that can be removed by pinching the metal inward and pulling it out. Then the mount can be secured to the helmet with either 3m mounting tape that’s cut out to show you exactly where it fits on the mount, or you can use the Velcro pads that come with product. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
