I was expecting a new helmet and Bluetooth unit...sadly, it was not the case. It was clearly evident both the helmet and Bluetooth were used. The helmet and Bluetooth box were just put in a random box and placed in another box. The Bluetooth box had been previously opened and the unit looked like it had been mounted before as the protective covering on the speaker adhesive was missing. No mounting instructions or charging cable for the unit. Looks good...but, save your money. ... show more

Had to return it, it was very large and bulky. Very heavy on, I would imagine over time riding it would be very uncomfortable. Not much padding on the inside of the helmet either. For the price point it does the truck if you don't mind those things, I have other helmets by Icon and I prefer those better. I will stick with Icon for my helmets or HJC. The return went fine, and shipping to me was quick. The helmet itself just seemed a little cheap, doesn't give me a safe vibe if I hit the pavement. ... show more
