Did lots of research for a plow in a box kit for my ATV. This is the best option. Solid steel and welded plow. Actual plow shoes not a folded over piece of thin metal. Heavier duty than expected. It's heavy but was easy to assemble and mount plow by myself. Mounting plate looks like it will fit almost anything. 100% would recommend over other plows in box that you have to bolt together thin metal for a blade. Works great. I should have bought the kit with wings, markers and top flap already with it, will be adding kit to my plow.

I like the quality of the plow it feels sturdy and well built. The instructions were easy to follow and it took me less than 4 hours to assemble and install it. Putting the plow base on to my 20234 CFMoto CFORCE 500 was less than ideal for positioning I would've liked for it to be about 6 inches farther back but the base plate was about 2 inches too narrow for the frame. I've only briefly used it on a gravel lot and a horrendously maintained road but I am very impressed with it and think it was an excellent purchase for the price will update my review with images of the base plate.

2024 UPDATE: Since owning this blade, I have since used it to level out gravel that was built up in the center of our gravel road. This plow is tough and the gravel rock did little, if no, damage to the blade. I'm consistently impressed with what the Massimo Buck 450 mounted with the DENALI snow plow blade is capable of. I would definitely recommend this equipment combo, especially the DENALI snow plow blade! I bought this snowplow for my new Massimo Buck 450. I am extremely impressed with how substantial the plow is. It is definitely built to last. I was able to use the universal mount. What I discovered after removing the front skid plate is the front skid plate bolts fit the mounting plate perfectly. I was able to use the skid plate bolts to temporarily secure the mount plate. The mount wasn't wide enough to use the U bolts, so I drilled 4 3/8" holes through the frame and through-bolted the mount to the frame using 3/8 X 2 inch bolts secured with lock nuts. In the front, to allow clearance for the pusher lock-pins, I configured the bolts upwards with the nuts on the top of the frame. I had no trouble using a vice grip to hold the nuts above the frame while tightening them with my socket wrench below. I'm very happy with the results. I was initially a bit concerned about drilling holes in the frame, however the addition of the very thick metal mounting plate will add way more structure to the frame than the holes took away. As you can see in the photos, I utilized shackles and a pulley to enhance the lift from the winch. This provided a much better lift angle and allows the blade to lift higher. I made sure to confirm the load from each component could handle the weight and forces of the blade and winch. The weak point is the pulley at only 550 lbs. I like this setup because, if any force becomes too much, the pulley will fail first which is easily replaced. I hope this helps and gives you confidence in purchasing this item for your Massimo Buck 450.

Plow looks great, install was a breeze. First snow of the season today and broke/sheared the u bolts that is the main support on the first run. Replaced twice with the ones supplied. The stops that hold the plow forward snapped off cheap hardware. The plow itself has reamed the holes out on the plow itself that hold it to the arm due to cheap metal. It DID NOT hold up to the first snow.

I found it easy enough to assemble, not sure what the fuss on other reviews was about. Blade is solid and sturdy. Weak link is mounting bracket. It doesn’t seem to stabilize the blade as good as is like. Blade seems to swivel and fishtail in front of syb on my gravel lane (using the pads so blade doesn’t push gravel.). Just seems like there should be a way to take out that play. Also seems to bounce and skip because it’s only the weight of the plow holding blade down and not hydraulic pressure like a plow truck. It works just OK.

As I have only assembled this plow as we are still far away from Winter, I can not at this time evaluate how well it will perform. However based on the quality of plow and its mounting system, I think that this will do a good job at what it is designed to do. The assembly instructions are easy to follow; they are a little tricky when it comes to figuring out how to mount the plow to the vehicle. But when you apply some common sense it all becomes clear. The Denali designers whet through allot of thought to figure out how to accommodate a wide range of ATV's and UTV's. They provided all the hardware to handle almost any situation. So don't be surprised at all the extra components you will have when you are done with this assembly. This is a substantial unit and is very heavy so if at all possible have a friend with you when you put this baby together as it will make life easier. However, it is not impossible to assemble by yourself even if you are 78 years old. Sadly I have to admit to that!!!

The material quality is pretty good. I would say it us a heavier duty plow. The build quality was poor, the push tubes wernt welded level. The instructions were poorly worded and diagrams were poor but you can figure it out. Took about 20 min to assemble. Only difficulty i had was placement of the actual mount on a 2025 polaris 570. Had to drill 1 hole into the skid plate for a decent placement of one of the u-bolts. Theres better style mounts out there. Also, the pins to mount the plow barely passed thru due to the placement of the u-bolts. The pins hit the u-bolts but barely still clip on. Might have easier fitment on other brand of quads. And i had to trim some plastic to fit around the u-bolts on the frame

I bought this knowing I was going to modify it to fit my Ferris Zero Turn. It worked as planned. Already been plowing snow with it. Good sturdy product. Yeah warranty is shot but damn it's alot of fun to tinker with it. More snow coming this weekend. Upate...10 hours plowing.....only broke the blade to mount holes...my fault because I modified them...flipped it over a drilled two new mount/blade holes...up a running in half hour. Great durability so far.
