This is the coolest phone ever! I'm so glad I waited for the one with the front screen. Guy at work has one too and got it when they first came out, I was like I want one so bad but I'm not paying that much for something that will probably have to be replaced in 2 years. Well decided to buy myself a birthday gift, since those are usually pretty disappointing as an adult, and I'm glad I did. But yeah phone works great, touch screen works great i can do so much with it folded and it's so much convenient to carry around. Camera is awesome and I can even video from the front.     • Do not buy! Inner screen hardware is defective
Like other reviews, this phone is great when it's functional. However after 3 month of use, the inner screen touch would not work at all. No fall, no cracks, no water damage, no scratch.. but suddenly while I was using the phone, the inner screen became unresponsive. The touch wouldn't work. The cover screen is working fine but inner screen is bad. I tried force restart multiple times, but didn't work out with me. It's very frustrating and disappointing as newly renewed cannot last for only 3 months. They should NOT sell the phone without checking the hardware of the inner screen! I'm checking with Amazon and seller what they can do for me.. ... show more

I love my phone, it's performing perfectly, holds a long charge and is just cute. I love all of the customization options I get with the cover screen and that I don't even have to open my phone to do quick actions like checking email or messages or even answering the phone. I use my phone a lot, the folding part of the screen still looks great, no discoloration or crease. Phone arrived on time and is working great so far. I won't penalize you with a bad review because it isn't your fault as to why I had to get a new phone. All I can say is I hope this phone doesn't go blank and lose display which is what happened to my other zflip 6. During normal operation, no falls, mishandling or any rigorous activity the phone just stopped displaying picture when open. This happened within 45 days of ownership. Fingers crossed because I want to love this phone but o can say buyer beware! ... show more

I bought this phone for my wife. It was in great condition, and she really enjoyed the flip feature. However, after 2.5 months of use, the screen started to glitch. The glitch patterns progressed from part of the screen to the entire screen. The screen was unresponsive and the phone was completely unusable within hours. Unfortunately, it has already passed the refund period, so we'll see if I can find an alternative way to either get a refund or a replacement. In a word, this phone is great until it is not. Next time I would rather choose a regular phone than a flip-screen phone. ... show more

    • Lots of other inner screens are breaking on the 6.
Do not buy this version! I had a Z-flip 3 for a couple years before the screen became damaged. I decided to upgrade and get a 6. I’ve had this maybe 3 months and the inner screen stopped working. The outer screen still works but no matter what hack I tried, the inner screen would not turn on. I’m going to get a repair tomorrow so we shall see if there’s any redemption here. ... show more
