Phone arrived on time and is working great so far. I won't penalize you with a bad review because it isn't your fault as to why I had to get a new phone. All I can say is I hope this phone doesn't go blank and lose display which is what happened to my other zflip 6. During normal operation, no falls, mishandling or any rigorous activity the phone just stopped displaying picture when open. This happened within 45 days of ownership. I only had the phone a couple of months and it's already stopped working. This is my first time buying a refurbished one and I understand there's a risk. Even still I am highly disappointed that it stopped working so soon. The display is currently working but when opening the phone nothing is there or there's a scrambled screen. Love love love this phone. Everyone is so transfixed with this phone. As a 90s kid this completed something in me. I've had no issues with it what so ever. I love all the features I can do with it too. Absolutely love. Battery is amazing and lasts all day . This is slightly bigger than my last phone so the size is good. There's no issues with connection or speed. I have a screen protector on the outside screen cause I keep it in my pocket with my keys but I haven't had a scratch. This was refurbished and the only thing I've seen is 2 tiny scratches on the inside screen that I never notice. Might be a flip phone girl for life now ... show more
