This is the brightest and easiest to install light. Perfect for our dark garage. Simply screw in, position where you like and set it. My only issue is the motion is iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. So it's no benefit to me. I just keep it an manual setting and use the switch which I am ok with.

I love this light bulb. It sends to much light out in my garage. I love how I can switch it from always on, off, or motion sensor. I keep mine on always on so when I flip the switch the light will work like a regular light bulb. I love how I can modify the direction of the by bending the light so I can get it where I need it. This was absolutely perfect for the far end of my attic where it's hard to reach. The motion sensor works perfectly and comes right on as soon as we go up the stairs. It puts out tons more light than the old pull chain light bulb and now we don't have to climb over things to get that turned on. What will they think of next? Will note that for my application, it would have been nice if we could have rotated the fins, and also flipped them down past 90° to take advantage of the top one as well, but in my searching it doesn't look like any of them do either of those things and this is still a huge upgrade so all good. I just hope it lasts okay In the heat of the attic during the summer!

The motion sensor is really responsive and convenient for hands-free operation. Plus, it's eco-friendly and cost-effective with low power consumption and a long lifespan. "Craftersmark Motion Sensor Garage Light, 80W Motion Sensor Light Indoor" Hoo boy this thing is BRIGHT. I have two overhead lights in my laundry room, both with LED bulbs in them. Our big freezer is in there too, and I've been wanting a motion-sensing light in there for a long time. (It's hard to hit the switch when you're walking out with your arms full of frozen stuff.) I replaced one of those bulbs with this one, and...holy wow. Apparently I strung up the sun right in my laundry room. I promptly took the bulb out of the other light...that one doesn't even need to exist now, left the wall switch turned to "On", and I've finally got my motion-sensing laundry room light.

What I liked: Well packaged and simple install. Does have motion detection, and the lights are deformable so you can angle as you wish. Small footprint. Should fit most if not all bulb mounts in your garage. What I didn't like: The lighting is not as bright as I would think this amount of lumen should give off. So for a average garage the lighting will be average at best. The motion sensor is hit or miss, so what's the point? There are times I can walk right to the light and nothing happens, then after I move away to the light switch all of a sudden it will turn on. The reverse then can happen in another minute. Sensor off/bad? no idea. While I'm not sure if mine was defective or if this is how it will work for everyone, as is, I can't really recommend this to others. The lighting is average, and the motion sensor is at times, working with it's own mind. Needs work, for that I would pass on this.
