It was a bit annoying to get on, having left some bubbles that I could not initially get rid of. However, one day in, the bubbles disappeared or were easy to get out. Single best upgrade for my iPad I have made. Looks exactly like nano-glass from Apple, but rather less than $1000. Not only less reflections, but also does a great job with fingerprints and oils. The media could not be loaded. I love this screen protector. Beautiful paper feel, but not so rough it will eat apple pencil tips. It definitely softens the glare from lights without losing any detail or color. It went on beautifully, no bubbles at all, you just have to make sure you clean your area up before applying (general rule of putting on screen protectors). It fits beautifully in my Zugu case as well without lifting. As an artist I had to test the pencil. It works beautifully and it's nice and smooth but you still get the "paper" sound (see video). exactly what I needed. The protective screen is great. Non glare, very easy to install (there is a helpful video of how to install in the amazon posting). Comes with everything you need from cleaning wipes, drying cloth, and some dust stickers to pick up dust.     • Makes the ipad feel like a professional drawing display, but introduces a lot of line wobble.
Have been using it for about 3 weeks now. Very nice texture. Feels and looks like a high quality matte desktop monitor. And like a desktop monitor, it's surprisingly smooth, much smoother than a matte plastic screen protector. Feels similar in smoothness to the nano-texture ipads too, though i personally prefer the aesthetics on this screen protector. Texture-wise, drawing and writing on it is very pleasant, similar in texture to high end pen displays. Clarity through it is also very good (much better than matte plastic screen protectors). The clarity and texture are comparable to wacom cintiq pros I've used in the past, and imo the glass quality here is better than low to midrange drawing displays. If you like heavy texture though, you won't find it here. Very noticeable amounts of line wobble when using the apple pencil and drawing diagonally (even when drawing fast). Turning up stability and motion filtering helps some, but unless you draw strokes medium to fast, it won't knock out the wobble unless you turn stabilization up very high. Not an issue for me personally, but it's something to keep in mind if you draw lines slowly. Also, the installation frame was several millimeters too small for the screen protector, so I had to freehand it. Again, not an issue for me (I've installed many many screen protectors before), but could cause problems to someone newer. The bonus camera lens protector covers that came in the box were less than stellar, and don't have the black anti-glare rings that lens protectors usually have. The holes on them didn't line up great with the sensors either (skewed by a couple mm). Doesn't factor into my score though because they aren't the main attraction. I can't give half scores on here, but if I could I'd give this a 4.5/5 with an asterisk. The quality of the matte glass was well beyond what I expected and that makes up for a lot of the other shortcomings. If you just want your ipad to look like a matte desktop monitor, this is far superior to all the other matte and paperfeel protectors. And if you draw, make sure your drawing style can handle some extra stabilization. ... show more

First the bad: luckily it comes with 2 screens because the first is an installation practice round. I ended up not using the plastic base on the 2nd attempt. Seemed to be easier. Bubbles, yes, I had several bubbles. I ended up buying my own squeegee and after about two days, they all just disappeared. The Good: Works absolute perfect! Once all the bubbles dissipated it look like it came with the IPad. The touch is super soft and a blocks out reflections Highly recommend ... show more

This thing absolutely sucks. I have the M4 iPad Pro and I used both screen protectors, ended with ridiculous air bubbles. Their “fit” is terrible, there’s no way to align it. I am not sure if I got a faulty one or what but it doesn’t tell you which way to place their plastic alignment tool, the screen protector doesn’t catch onto it properly if at all. The one GOOD thing about it is that it’s matte, so despite the air bubbles at least they didn’t lie about it being matte What makes me doubt myself is that there are other 5 star reviews, so either I am just stupid or missing something OR I am right. Either way, take what I am saying with a grain of salt; this is just my opinion ... show more

    • Best matte screen protector I’ve used
Extremely quality!! Truly fingerprint resistant, where with other matte protectors I frequently needed to wipe the screen. This one doesn’t hold onto fingerprints nearly as badly. The clarity is far better than other matte protectors as well, far more than paperlike or astropad imo. I ended up with a few bubbles, and as I worked them out, they turned into tiny, tiny bubbles that required a specific maneuver to work out. It took a while, but it was worth it. I was able to work every last one out. I’m no stranger to iPad installation with a frame like this, and it was easy to put on once I got the screen fully cleaned off. Unfortunately, I had to use both protectors, because when I was lifting the edges to remove bubbles, cat hair and dust blew underneath the adhesive and wouldn’t come off, no fault of the protector. It’s ideal to install in a steamy room, but even then, be careful that your surface is dusted and clean. ... show more

Once you go Mothca you can never go back. So easy to install. No issues with dust and pet hair (if you do it correctly) no bubbles. The installation kit was chefs kiss. It fits perfectly and definitely worth every penny. It doesn’t affect the colors on the screen at all and makes it easier to sit by a window and not have that unruly glare burning your retinas out.
