This is a nice compact dehydrator and works great. So far I have dehydrated apples. Lemons and Jalapenos. Note Citrus fruits will take longer. If you want a more tart apple dehydrate the lemons above the sliced apples. This dehydrator is great for the price you won't be disappointed.

I love this size! It does not take up too much space and I really thought it would not hold a lot but it holds a whole 15 lb turkey meat I was dehydrating turkey meat for my dogs. It is so easy to use and mostly plug and play. The temperature is already set but can be changed if you need to and there is a timer that can be adjusted, but the default setting is 10. Its also easy to clean by placing it in the top rack of the dishwasher. What I love about this unit, is that it is quiet!

This dehydrator is of a low quality. After 15 hours fruit still rubbery. After another six hours, the fruit was still rubbery . Low airflow. Nice size and can hold maybe two apples at a time. It’s not loud however it’s not worth the money.

I can't believe Rosewill makes this. I love the form factor. The controls are easy to figure out even without instructions. The trays cleaned up great after my first batch of jerky. It fit almost all of a 2 lbs round roast in that first use. The timer and temperature are pretty accurate too. Overall an impressive little dehydrator, Excellent for the price.

I got this for a 10 year old who wanted to start making his own jerky. So far he found it easy to opporate and has made deer and beef jerky in with great success. The machine seems durable and is easy to clean up. We have tried it with fruits as well and the tempurature control makes it easy to dehydrate a number of products.
