Priced competitively and delivered quick. They appear to be well made and should provide long service. Thanks to the top clips, they were super easy to put on/take off. They look nice and are roomy enough to carry lots of stuff. I like that they have a fold-over top opening which makes them water proof. The closures are easy to adjust and operate. The strap at the bottom is an added feature allowing them to be securely attached to the lower portion of the rack to prevent unwanted movement. The bags fit nicely on my rack! They just clip right in, which is perfect for mornings when I have to rush to get to work. You don’t need to mess with any straps. The bags hold quite a bit! I was able to fit my gym clothes like shorts, shoes, and even my work stuff in the two bags! They are extremely durable, the waterproof feature is nice. They close up nice and secure to make sure your stuff is safe while you’re on the road I have noticed that the bag sometimes snaps off when I hit a bump, but that only happened once. It was also only one clip so not a huge deal. But, for the price, excellent! It’ll get your stuff to where you want it to go! ... show more

I bought these panniers to be able to go grocery shopping and run errands. I selected them for their ruggedness, ease of mounting and unmounting from the bike, and that they are two separate bags that can be carried into the store as my shopping bags. I’m very impressed with the utility they provide and can find nothing negative or lacking in their performance. They’re very sturdy and even kept my produce and dairy cool for the 2 mile ride home on a 90F day. I’m really enjoying being able to make shopping by bike possible. The bags stayed securely on my rack and never moved. A bonus was that the bags stand on their own when I’m packing and unpacking them. They can also hang inside the grocery cart while shopping, or you can just carry them around by their handles. I also like the way the tip of the bag folds when you close them sealing the bags for keeping the contents cool and dry if it’s raining. ... show more

These are some quality bags. The outer material almost feels like leather. Plenty of storage space inside, nice and open. The backs have an insert giving them rigidity so they're not flapping about when unweighted. Biggest plus for me is they attack to each side of the rear rack via two clips. This frees up the top of the rack allowing for a traditional rear rack bag to still be attached easily. My only concern is the two clips, while they feel good quality, will bear all the weight of the bags, as well as the stress from bumps and vibrations while riding. Really hoping they don't break or anything because I don't think there's a better option on Amazon. ... show more

    • Great, but only on smooth roads.
I have had these for about 3 weeks on my Trek Verve 2 with Bontrager BackRack Deluxe MIK and I use them to bike to work with my laptop as well as carry around extra jackets, water bottles, etc. when out about biking with the kids. What I like about them: - they are lightweight yet feel like solid material - they look good and sleek on the bike when empty and strapped tight, not too bulky like others I have seen - they do fit a decent amount of things in them and so far adjust in width to the load as I close and tighten the strap - they are easy to put on and off the bike (unfortunately, a bit too easy ... see below) Biggest Issue: - the metal hooks on mine were not uniformly even, some had a bit a bigger gap than others. - as a result the bags easily bounce up and release the hooks from the rack when going over bigger bumps (e.g. biking over a small curb, potholes, bumpy sidewalks, etc. ) - I really wish these had straps at the top in addition to the hooks. That would allow the best of both worlds, quick mounting/dismounting when riding only on very smooth terrain AND the ability to tie them down to the top of the rack when expecting a bumpier ride on crappy infrastructure like in our city - I almost sent them back because of this, but then I was able to slightly bend the metal hooks so close the gap to the bag which made them a bit tighter. However, I worry about the longevity of the hooks if I have to unbend them to take the bags off and bend them after putting them on every time. Overall, if you only ride on smooth terrain, these are definitely a great choice. If your city is like mine with lots of bumpy infrastructure, maybe look for something with straps instead. ... show more

    • Cannot safely attach to bike frame
At first inspection I was really happy with this bike pannier. Great size, would fit laptop and other items needed for my commute to work. However, today as I used it for the first time, the vag went flying off the bike as I hit a minor edge on thr road pavement, crossing an intersection. The main clips do not lock and are not strong enough to fully secure the pannier. There is a secondary attachment on the back with a matching plastic clip. That clip was ripped. So, even if the product is high quality and versatile it is basically useless unless you only ride on perfecly paved roads. Returning it. ... show more

    • Great value, wish they had integrated means of keeping them flatter when not using them.
The material and stitching feel sturdy yet lightweight. The best part of these bags is they come in a 2 pack. It’s a great value! The straps to hold them against the rack are a little difficult to use, but loosen them to their max length, fasten the clip then cinch them tight. They get a little close to the rear brake rotor (203mm diameter in my case) for my liking, but the lower they are, the steadier the bag. I like the coated steel clips used to hold the bag at its top. They can be adjusted to fit the diameter of the rack tubing. After living and working with plastic materials, I simply don’t trust clips made of any plastic - they eventually fail. The rolltop closure has worked well for securing contents and keeping dust, light rain out. I do wish these had some reflective strips on them, but the bike I use these on has a light color so its frame is more visible in the dark. The main thing I wish these had are means to hold them flatter when not holding anything, or to cinch them snugger when only a small amount of volume is being used. I use a Velcro strap wrapped around each to keep them folded snug against the rack. These straps are secured vertically by the main strap holding the rolltop flap closed. ... show more
