I love how I don't have to dump a lot of shampoo in my hands and have it drip out while trying to apply it, since this is so thick and concentrated. I just received my shampoo, conditioner and oil in the mail today. They were individually plastic wrapped but one of my pump lids were busted. I supposed I can swap out with another one but just a little disappointing for the price but I understand the mail is not easy on anything. I can't wait to go home and try these products. My wife loves this stuff. Sadly I bought it for her and it accidently fell into a pile of dirty bath towels which got washed and it used up the entire bottle in that wash. Those towels smelled amazing for 3 wash cycles. I'll get her more in the future for her B-day.
