I've had Stressless and Fjords. Fjords now cost what Stressless used to and Stressless now cost what Eames used to. This isn't in their league for comfort, but it's not in their league for price either, so I've no complaints. One niggle that might not matter to you is that the reclining range isn't huge. The seat back is too upright at one end of the travel and doesn't recline at the other end enough for napping. I altered the travel limiter to fix it, an hours job for me, but I'm a machinist. I have back issues and fibromyalgia so always achy. I wanted a an expensive recliner to take the pressure off my back. This one is pretty good I do have to put another cushion under it but I am not your typical person. I think for the price this is a very good option. Follow Up: I was never able to contact the seller directly, as I received multiple messages from Amazon that the seller couldn't be located. However, I was sent brand new arms so they must have eventually received my messages. The chair is very nice. I like that you don't have to pull a lever to lean back. You just lean and it goes back with you! The chair seems nice, but it came without arms.and I cannot contact the seller. I've tried sending them a message 5 times, but I keep getting a notification that the seller can't be found. I hope they are still in business????? ... show more

The chair arrived 6 days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, it was delivered to our neighbors porch and they are not even in town. Luckily I saw the box on their porch and went to investigate. Had to borrow a hand cart to get the chair to our house. We turned the chair on it's side and it was easy to put together then. I am loving the chair. Toughest part of the assembly was arm rests. Unable to get my hand between the armrest using the tiny allen wrench they sent as part of the assembly kit. I am not a big heavy person and I am not skinny. The chair is a tight fit between the arm rests. the backrest is not tall enough. I am 5" 10", I cannot tilt my head back and rest it while watching TV. I expected much more for the PRICE and the reviews. I will not purchase a second chair. ... show more
