Our floors can be pretty slick for our pup so I bought this rug for our kitchen. It is pretty non slip, soft as a blanket, and doesn’t move in a high traffic area. It is no match for my dogs digging habits when he gets the zoomies but they make rug tape for that. This does not require rug tape if you do not have a lunatic like we do. Surprisingly nice quality for the price! It’s not a traditional carpet with “pile” of cut or uncut loops. It’s like velvety soft fabric that has been made into a rug. Curious how it will hold up. I would have preferred a darker sage or olive green option.
