Had problem with legs not having pads. Irritated and frustrated as I was having clients over that week. Company contacted me same day with a heart felt apology and immediate response to correct issue. So impressed as they reshipped right away and gave us an appropriate discount. The media could not be loaded. Dislike furniture legs are also the cushions fit is off. Not sure if colors are the same on my pieces as one chair looks discolored.

I purchased the love seat and chair. The love seat was easy to assemble, I just thought it would be a little bigger. The chair didn't come with brackets along the bottom piece like the love seat did so I wasn't able to fully assemble in order to actually sit in the chair.
