I’m really impressed with this macy sofa! The order arrived quickly—within just a few days—and was packaged securely in 5 separate boxes. The packaging was sturdy and well-organized. Three of the boxes contained the armless storage modules, one box had the armrest set, and the last box held the ottoman. I really appreciated how well everything was packed, especially the cushions, covers, and hardware, all of which were safely stored inside the sofa itself to prevent damage. Putting the sofa together was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it myself without any trouble. The design is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in my living room. I also love the Velcro strips that keep the seat cushions securely in place. With dogs in the house, this is a huge plus—there’s no worry of the cushions sliding off or being pulled out when the dogs jump on or off the sofa, or when I lift the lid to access the storage space. The fabric feels durable and is easy to maintain—the color also hides dog hair really well! The cushions are comfortable yet provide great support. The storage compartments are fantastic for keeping blankets, cushions, dog toys, and even exercise equipment out of sight. This has really helped clear up some clutter in my living space. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. The combination of comfort, design, and smart storage solutions makes it a great addition to any home! Highly recommend!

I am loving the couch so far, I ordered the velvet green material so it looks great. The assembly process was straight forward but there are some nuances when adding the arm rests. I personally prefer couches that don't sink in/swallow you so this couch is just that, it is on the medium to firm side, so I will last pretty long. I appreciate the storage but you just have to ensure you're slotting the cushion back in correctly or else it wont look right. The Velcro to hold the cushion in place seems to be holding up well. I am awaiting for this company to sell the covers on their own so I can switch out colors when necessary, hopefully they come soon. Pros: - Velvet material is super soft and easy to clean - Relatively quick assembly -Looks and feels soft to touch -Medium to firm couch, my personal preference -Easy to slide around the floor -Ottoman can be rearranged -Decent amount of storage for games/pillows/blankets/etc -Storage areas have ventilation holes Cons -Cost, I got a 4pc module and it may be a little over priced -Cushions come vacuum sealed so it takes a while for them to fluff up -Metal U shaped assembly parts have excess paint on them which is sticky and transfers to the fabric -Cannot find individual covers

Update: we've had this couch for a year now and I would say it is not worth the price tag. Though it looked nice initially the quality just isn't there. The cushions are hard and after only one month having it they were already misshapen. The way the cushion are made makes no sense to me it's two rolls of stuff hard filling separated by a sewn line across the middle which makes it hard to fix them looking weird and lumpy. This then makes the couch look messy. As others have mentioned it is extremely low to the ground. I'm 4'11 and even I think it's very low. I had mistakenly thought they had forgotten an arm rest when I received them in the mail but it turns out it only comes with 2 leaving one end open which looks odd and unfortunately you can't just buy the singular arm so there's no solution for that. The fabric gets dirty super easily as well. We liked it initially off of the way it looked but it just hasn't held up well enough to be worth the money at all. I don't recommend this couch. Over priced and uncomfortable. We really like this couch it's firm but in a comfortable way and the color is really pretty as well.

The media could not be loaded. I just moved in my new house and got the sofa. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is outstanding — it feels solid and stable, yet the weight is perfectly balanced so it’s easy enough to move without ever feeling flimsy. The modular design is brilliant: each section can be rearranged freely to suit different spaces, and the built-in storage in every module is both practical and discreet. So even though you bought an oversized model carelessly , you can still organize the placement. What really sets it apart, though, is the refined texture and premium feel. The fabric has a luxurious touch, and the removable covers make it simple to keep everything fresh and clean. We have now owned this couch for 8 months and I feel it is the appropriate time to rate review. It took us some time to find the right couch for our household, we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. To say there are occasional messes is an understatement and we needed a couch that would be easily washable while also being comfortable and nice. This couch is amazing because it the most simple put together couch I have ever owned or seen. You can arrange this couch however you would like, every part of the couch cover is removeable and washable. I can not tell you how much this has saved us time and money on cleaning supplies. The linen blend also provides a really nice feel to the skin. I run very warm and do not like hot couches. I only rated this couch a 4 as it is not the most comfortable couch. The cushions are not made of anything special but they have held up there shape well and are a nice thickness. I often will swap cushions around to keep them from looking "favorited". If you are someone who likes a couch that feels like a bed or sinks when you sit down this isn't your couch. Thankfully we aren't a couple that lives on the couch so this couch really does provide us with what we need.
