Cheap materials/poorly made. Lots of gaps that let bugs and spiders inside. Door only stays in place on 3 of the 4 corners so one edge moves when puppy comes in and out. Not sturdy or safe. Thin plexy glass feels like 2mm acrylic sheet.

I purchased the large size door for a puppy which will be a medium sized dog when full grown, if the door is purchased for a large dog this door probably wouldn’t hold up or be adequate for that size of a dog. I also had to purchase wider and thicker weather strips to fill in the gaps between the doors, the weather stripping that was sent with the door was very narrow and thin.

So far it’s good but let me tell you gurlll…. That film tape is a nightmare to get off as they cover most parts in it, then assemble. If you have ADHD, you’ll love it!! LoL Nicely made..

This door was a great buy. It snapped into place, it has a locking door and the flap is easy for my dogs to get through. It matches my current patio door and it looks like it was made for it.

This is made of cheap material that make it impossible to secure your sliding glass door. Don't waste your money and put your home at risk. Someone can simply push slightly on this and it will bend and break. I returned it immediately however the seller does not provide a prepaid label and they give instructions saying if it cost more than $30 to return to contact them. Its ridiculous. I am contacting amazon support to resolve this

The dog door flapper opening is flimsy, it is not a hard plastic and doesn't stay closed causing wind to blow it open. Anything could crawl though including bugs. Beware of seller cause when I tried to return this for a refund it has been very difficult and the shipping is very expensive!
