I have been using my heat press a little less then a month 1/2 to say the least straight out the box itcomes ready to use. It was working up until a few days ago this press will not stay on, nonetheless the red reset button keeps popping out to make it go off. This the biggest part of my business. I returned this only because of its' weight. I did not realize that it was over 50 pounds. I would have to move it around in my sewing room and I can't lift that much weight. So I can't comment on its performance.

This press was pretty good in value for the price and for a beginner crafter. There have been some minor maintenance issues such as the push down lever metal strips and needs to be oiled to prevent the shavings, almost immediately after purchase. As pictured above the Heat/Time controller cracked from use and high pressure. Today, the controller cut off randomly while pressing and would not come back on. I have a electrician background and figured I'd take a look, all the internal parts seemed fine. I'm extremely disappointed that this item stopped working in only 13months. ... show more

My name is David Trejo. I own a T-shirts company, and I bought this heat press on October 2019 to be able to press vinyl and sublimations on T-shirts, hoodies, and hats. So fart it has work great. I specifically like that you can rotate the top all the way out of the way, and that gives you a lot of free space on the base to place the garments without the top getting on the way like other presses I've had before. I have never done coffee mugs, but the press came with a coffee mug attachment, so Im gonna give it a try, and I'm not worried about the press doing weird stuff, because so far it has been working great! ... show more

This thing works great. We used to pay big money for our custom t-shirts. Now we are saving tons of money and can do more than just t-shirts. Easy to use, great price, shipped fast, but it is a bit on the heavy side. Would recommend.
