I bought the bundle. It includes heat press hat press, mug press and the large and small plate press. Also came with oracal 651 vinyl which was nice and some HTV vinyl which was okay but they were half sheets and some transfer paper. Came with the plotter cutter which I returned to the business in which I bought it from because I could not get it to work for myself. Technical support for the cutter was obsolete internet knowledge what's 0. Also I do believe that you needed an older version of Windows to perhaps make it work I had Windows 10 and it did not work it did not recognize the USB port so be wary but the company did accept it and give me a full refund so I'll give that to them and I kept the heat press on the rest no problems with any of the stuff I kept

this unit is obviously for a beginner as a professional would allready have one if not both of these machines i was a beginner the instructions are basically useless due to the lack of description in the items uses or installing them etc .luckily for me a buddy does vynil and was able to show me how to use the equipment also the stand thats included with the citter is a nice touch but its useless without having any way to keep the vynil from unspooling on the rollers as it will everytime and finally there are no pats list sent with the equipment namely knife size for replacements improve on those and its a flawless bundle

I purchased this bundle for my small business thinking it would make sense to purchase everything i needed to get started. Well, the cutter is very difficult to use. I could not get to cut. I watched video after video and it would not work. It came with very old software. In order to get a newer version it cost more money. I ended up trying to return the item but i had to pay shipping which was extremely pricey. I wanted to keep the press machine so i ended up keeping everything because it was almost $100 to ship back. I ended up buying a cricut maker which was exactly what i needed. Works great

I’m not sure if the other reviews were left before they got all of their pieces. I too did not get all of mine and was angry. Reason being they ship them separately. So my heat press actually did not come until the next day through ups while the cutter came through FedEx. It was easy to put together and so far no issues with installation software. Have made several pieces so far. I also had previous experience with presses and cutters so it helped. Will update this review if anything changes but so far I am pleased with the product and it is what I expected it to be.

Simple and easy to use! It comes with a cutter for vinyl. The put together and set up was simple and easy! I had ymto utilize YouTube for some assembly, but overall it was simple. This product with the vinyl cutter was worth the price! God Bless you all ❤️

So when I got the product the heat press came first overall it’s pretty appealing however some of the things were not as described. The tshirt platform is put on with Phillips screws which make it so you have to flip it over to take it off for the hat press and it’s quite heavy. When turning it on it has a god aweful smell I was worried it was gonna catch on fire so we took it outside and ran it for 45 min after about an hour total run time it stopped smoking and smell went away. I got the cutter the next day and I have never had so many issues in my life with something. The software it came with would not recognize the cutter I’m pretty tech savvy and tried everything to get it to connect but it still wouldn’t I ended up having to buy easy cut studio to be able to use it which is another $60 purchase. There are no guides or tutorials on how to use it only assembly instructions. Even those are vivid
