-Updates: The seller has been really communicative. They sent replacement of the rods & crystals. Unfortunately, my husband still refused to touch it afraid that the whole thing will take 3hrs or so again to put together. It’s too much hassle for him. It might take a while for us to see if the replacement rod will work better. I added stars here for the sellers effort to resolve the problem. But again, for the price tag it should be a better quality. Saving us all time, effort, and headache matters so much too. The Rods “Telescoping rods” can’t hold the weight of this chandelier. We needed it to be on the shortest position as our ceiling is not that high. Both rods kept on extending on different lengths. Adjusting them a lot makes the other joint by the plate on the ceiling to losses it’s grip too and we ended up tightening everything every time. - We ended up using wires to wrapped the joint of the rods to keep them from extending. We’re not sure if this will be a permanent fix. -Some crystals came broken. We ended up individually sorting them out and put together the ones that has no cracks. -Other crystals that was undamaged has different lengths when hanging. No matter how hard we tried to clip them on the same spot. So the finished looks has uneven bottoms. Some are shorts and some are sticking out longer. -It took 2 people to put this up and this how things were going. It took at least 3 hours to this together up and make sure it will stay safely. Husband wasn’t happy at all! You will be spending a lot of money buying this and paying someone to work that long and deal with all this hassle. NOT Worth it! I contacted seller (which responded the next day) to ask for crystal replacement as we still have at least 12 pcs hanging that has cracked. They asked for pictures but never heard from them again after I send them. I would love to return it if it just that easy to uninstall it and disassemble it and pack it back. For the hassle and not so nice looking I was expecting and with the wires were not sure going to hold forever. It is not worth any effort. So sad. I deserve a significant discount on this. ... show more

Beautiful chandelier. However, you need to be a little skilled and very patient to put all the crystals in place (and make them EVEN). The review above that says the metal is in the way of the crystals is inaccurate. You need to adjust and readjust the small metal pins that connect the crystals to fit the chandelier appropriately. It took me many hours but it came out perfect. Several crystals arrived with small damages, but I’m sure the seller will make it right. They are very delicate and it is understandable that they may be damaged in shipping. Overall, I would say this is a good buy. Private stores sell similar items for four times the price. ... show more

The lamp looks good, although it is defective as some metals obstruct some crystals. I had to skip a couple of crystals because of that but makes it look toothless in some spots. I don’t know if that is just my lamp or all. Because I couldn’t put a couple of crystals I got some extra ones to replace the broken ones. ... show more

This is an absolutely gorgeous and unique crystal chandelier that is reasonably priced. The end product is well worth the effort of installation and hanging of the crystals I must add that the customer service is extraordinary. Inevitably a glass shipment of that size can be subject to damages, and Zoe always responded promptly and shipped the replacements immediately. We also had some techincal issues with the unit itself, and again the problem was resolved very much to our satisfaction. They even sent us a small complimentary lamp around Christmas! You cannot go wrong with this product as the company stands behind it 100% and the results are fantastic. ... show more

Product came defective, length of crystals are different, which makes the bottom line uneven. Some of the wholes for hanging Crystals are omitted. Crystals near metal connecting base are not hanging straight which makes a noticeable space. Many Crystals came cracked or broken, however extra pieces were included.
