Wow! What a beautiful chandelier. I've attached some pics of my installation here. The manufacturer was very helpful in working with me to design a chandelier that worked for my house. We exchanged several emails to make sure that it was designed for the space it was going in. It arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged, not a single piece damaged. Instructions were clear. You must set aside a few hours and have at least one helper to put this up. Once it's up, the product is absolutely stunning. Get an expert to install and you will be the awe of anyone who comes into your home. I purchased the largest one and it looks beautiful in our foyer.
