    • Long extention allen head on a rachet, needed for rear fender attaching.

Was delivered ahead of time. Came exactly as advertised, 90% assymbled. Took about two hours to have up and running. There tools were ok, but having a long extension allen for rear fender attachment made it way easier.

Hard to ride for older people. I have ridden hundreds of miles on my mountain bike and road bike. With a two wheel bike anytime the bike feels unbalanced the automatic reaction if not moving fast is to put your foot down. On a three wheel bicycle this is a strong no no. Sharp turns on this three wheel makes me feel I am about to get dumped on my face so I try to put my foot down. Big mistake! Why don’t someone make a tri-wheel with two wheels in the front? This bike feels unstable in several ways. I am 85 and thought this would be a safe bike for me but I am afraid I will never ride it. Boo-hoo! ... show more

Bought this for my husband who has balance issues. He used to bike years ago -2wheels and missed it this makes him feel like a regular person again. Loves the wind in his hair and going faster. I’m sure as the weather improves he ll get stronger and do more. Only wish the fenders were attached would have made assembly easier. Overall good bike may get another for me ... show more

So far so good! I’ve only had it about a week but I really like the bike. I’m a bigger guy but I still have room and feel comfortable on it. There was some squeaking but I put some bike lube on the chains and rhat went away. The seat is comfortable, however, I do have some trouble keeping it tight. But as of now that’s my only complaint. My husband has only had the bike for a week, but he loves it. Good looking bike, rides good, is stable, has good features. I wouldn't say it comes 95% assembled, but an 87 year old man and a 75 year old woman managed to get it put together.

Beautiful bike but it arrived with a broken brake cable and defective battery. Customer service initially was responsive and I thought things would be handled but I've been ghosted the past week with no responses the my multiple requests. So now I have a nice $2000+ brick sitting at my house i can't use. Without a functional battery I don't know if if even works. I hesitated a long time before buying this trike. But I love it. Have only ridden 3 times now, but it is peppy with great get up and go. I use the pedal assist, but the bike has a throttle for getting up some steep hills. We live on a lake and it has been so fun riding around it on the Trike. I was not able to ride a bike for years due to balance and strength issues. But this one has allowed me to enjoy biking again.
