This binder was the utmost important item that I ordered in preparation for my hysterectomy in September 2023. I would not have been able to sit up or down, lie down and get back up (on my own), walk up and down the stairs, etc., after my surgery if it weren’t for this amazing piece. I did not go one moment without it during the first two weeks! I wish I’d known about this after giving birth 15 years ago. I feel like this cut may recovery time down significantly. I just had a hysterectomy and my doctor said that wraps help. They gave me one in the hospital but I wanted to get another one so I could have one while I washed one. I ordered 2 others but this one was by far the best one. I LOVE that it has a top and bottom closure, not just one big one. I can just undue the bottom one when I sit down and still have support and not have it pushing in on my lower abdomen. I also love the 2nd set of supports. They gave me even more back and pelvic floor support. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the velcro attachments seem a little weak. I have only had this for 2 weeks and haven't had a problem but not sure how long it will last. Love that this came in two different colors and that it wraps on both sides of the belly. It’s a tight wrap for what you need but not so tight that you can’t adjust or make more comfortable, very easy to use and manage throughout your postpartum or surgery recovery. Highly recommend.
