I have 2 of these. Keeps tummy well compressed. I like how it has the second layer to mold your body. As soon as you put it on it's already making you sweat. Great for weight loss. I put this on when I exercise and when I take long walks.

I wish I had one 10 years ago! I take medication that makes me retain water and using this body shaper for 1 afternoon of working outdoors I lost 3 lbs of water weight. I really had a sweat going and this just made me feel like I was getting a workout....also passed as a back brace. I certainly did not feel as sexy in mine as the model portrayed in hers...but I can dream right? The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was its kinda hard to get into. Takes practice. I’m thinking of putting a zipper in the middle section. I’ve washed it by hand several times now and no problems with the stitches. Very well made. I’m 5’7”, 160 lbs and ordered a XL if that helps. I figure when I start loosing the lbs I can take it up slightly with the zipper I’m putting in as mentioned. ... show more

I purchased this in a size 3xl according to the size chart and it is absolutely way to big. Got it on with no problem and it fastened in the third row with ease. I am 5’4”, 236lbs with 42DDD breast. I ordered a new one in xl and was still able to fasten in the third row but the inner piece you step into is a little on the short side and doesn’t come down to cover my belly as the 3xl on did! I also don’t like how is too tight over my hip area leaving an indentation ring around that area of my body. Going to try it out to see how it feels after being in it all day and will update in about a week. Update: I have been wearing this in an xl Mon-Fri for about 10 hours a day. I keep it fastened in the last row and zipped and just step into it. It makes you sweat but and has some support for your back which is one of the reasons I like it. I think I am going to either order a med or switch to another type of vest as I am not happy about having to replace it so soon! I’ve also lost a little over an inch across my back and mid section. ... show more

    • Waist Trainer Corset: A MUST HAVE !
Ok Ladies ! this waist trainer corset is a must have. The waist trainer corset is a two layered deal, the first layer is the abdominal band that you see in the middle of the picture ... made attached so you have to step inside or pull it over your head to get the complete trainer on (it has some stretch). The second layer is the corset.. once the trainer is on completely it fits secure and comfortably.. I'm normally a size 12/14 , it's true to size " 12" however fitted just fine keep in mind you want trainers to fit securely in order to sweat ! It was great while working-out or just for a few hours a day to start training your abs for the summer ! I gave it 5 stars Make sure you get the correct size so please look at the chart ! I had to returned my first purchase because of a stain, but I have it a second chance and I’m glad I did it! The replacement was sent right after I decided to returned the damaged product, arrived within a couple of days, which it’s great about their customer care. Also I finally could try it on and I loved it, it’s hard to put it on since it’s tight, but that’s the way it works. It fits great, perfect to tuck my extra skin but without feeling that cannot breathe. The material is strong, elastic enough to fit on you and once it’s on you feel it working on the posture! I’ve purchased this twice because after staying consistent with my workout routines I needed to size down. I’m 5’4 and down to 205lbs, I got an XX-L and I could’ve likely went down to an XL as I’m able to clip it to the last row of clips with some room still but it’s still a good fit. 👌🏼 I do use a lotion to help sweat more while wearing it but if you don’t use anything you will definitely still sweat plenty! I will continue to buy this waist trainer vest as I slim down because honestly it’s better comfort and quality-wise than a lot I’ve tried already.
